Abstract

One of the teacher's challenges in managing learning in the classroom is when students become passive. This condition requires educators to understand specifically about the characteristics and behavior of students when learning takes place. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. This study was conducted to analyze and describe the learning activities of PAK students at STT Sabda Agung, as well as the indicators and factors that influence it. The results of this study can be described as follows. First, students can construct their learning experiences effectively, in addition to educators, teaching materials, and the implementation of learning methods can support the activeness of the teaching and learning process. Second, the learning method applied or used is right on target, thus affecting the level of student participation in the learning process. Third, the method or system used in learning is adjusted to the characteristics of students so that they can know, understand, use and master learning materials. Fourth, the use of the question and answer method as an effort to involve students so that they actively think with questions from the lecturer and between students and in the end it is hoped that the application of this method will bring students success in learning.

Abstract

Sex education is very important to be taught at an early age. Considering the phenomena that occur in society, especially at an early age, related to sex which is considered taboo and inappropriate to talk about and the impact of sin which causes humans not to view sex as a gift from God. This article will describe the idea of the importance of sex education for early childhood. The method used in this paper is a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature study. The author analyzes various literatures related to the discussion of sex education, then formulates the theological relevance for the importance of early sex education. The results of this study illustrate that parents, churches and educational institutions must provide guidance with a theological approach through dynamic Bible teaching. Sex education should be considered as part of the learning process to support personality development. Parents have an important role to prevent deviant sexual behavior by teaching sex education directly and continuously to children as early as possible in the family according to Bible values so that at an early age they get the right picture and accept that their sexuality is an integral part of their lives. responsibly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the teacher's role in optimizing and improving the management of Christian religious learning. To obtain research data, the author uses a descriptive qualitative research approach by means of a literature review. The results of this study indicate that, firstly, the teacher's role in optimizing the management of Christian religious learning is very important, so the teacher as the main actor in this case needs to carry out his responsibilities and fulfill his calling and obligations to students. Second, the success of PAK teachers in learning can be seen from their competence, implementing management values ​​well. The inability of teachers to optimize management values ​​in PAK learning is the cause of student outputs who are unable to develop an educational mission. Therefore, improvements to the management of Christian religious learning must be carried out for the realization of effective learning. Third, learning management must be implemented by considering various developmental conditions that will later be realized in the learning process that is actualized by students. So in the context of learning management, it is a must for PAK teachers to plan learning management functions regularly, including techniques or methods to equip students to consistently interpret learning.

Abstract

Management of the learning process based on quality capacity is the responsibility and function of school leadership. The stages of planning, implementation, assessment and follow-up efforts must take precedence in the management process in schools. The management process must be carried out properly by qualified educators so that they can guide students to find their competence as a whole. This research was written with the aim of examining the issue of managing school culture which demands the attention of all stakeholders. Creating a comfortable learning environment is influenced by the quality standards of school culture management. The research method in this article is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive correlation between the quality of the teacher workforce in terms of planning, evaluating, and using student learning outcomes. Good and careful management is a must for every learning leader as the main implementer which is effectively reflected in building consistency in the implementation of regular school culture management.
