Abstract

Abstract. The existence of food MSMEs is very supportive in efforts to overcome stunting through improving and improving nutritional status by providing food sources of energy, protein, vitamins and minerals. Cileles Village, located in Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency, is a village designated as a place for the implementation of community service programs for LLDIKTI region IV universities in micro business development. Therefore, Djuanda University, through the Independent College Program Gotong Royong Membangun Desa LLDIKTI Region IV in 2023 carried out Community Service in Cileles Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency for 4 months. The data collected were tabulated, classified, and analyzed descriptively. Determination of stunting toddlers using the Child Anthropometric Standard Index indicator. The results of the data analysis showed that there was greater growth or weight gain relative to growth or height gain so that the body mass index was high in children aged 1-12 months. There were 16 very short children and 57 children classified as short. There are 3 malnourished children and 4 children at risk of overnutrition. It is concluded that stunting prevention efforts in Cileles Village, Jatinagor Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency can be implemented by providing nutritious food sources of energy, protein, vitamins, and minerals through food UMKM available for both pregnant women and children under five. Abstrak. Keberadaan UMKM makanan sangat mendukung dalam upaya penanggulangan stunting melalui perbaikan dan peningkatan status gizi dengan pengadaan makanan sumber energi, protein, vitamin, dan mineral. Desa Cileles yang terletak di Kecamatan Jatinangor Kabupaten Sumedang merupakan desa yang ditetapkan sebagai tempat pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat perguruan tinggi LLDIKTI wilayah IV dalam pengembangan usaha mikro. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Djuanda, melalui Program Perguruan Tinggi Mandiri Gotong Royong Membangun Desa LLDIKTI Wilayah IV tahun 2023 melaksanakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Desa Cileles Kecamatan Jatinangor Kabupaten Sumedang selama 4 bulan. Data yang berhasil dihimpun, ditabulasi, diklasifikasikan, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Penentuan balita stunting menggunakan indikator Indeks Standar Antropometri Anak. Hasil dari analisis data memperlihatkan terjadi pertumbuhan atau pertambahan bobot badan yang lebih besar relatif terhadap pertumbuhan atau pertambahan tinggi badan sehingga indeks masssa tubuhnya tinggi pada anak kisaran umur 1 – 12 bulan. Ada 16 anak yang sangat pendek dan 57 anak tergolong pendek . Anak yang kurang gizi ada 3 orang dan 4 anak berisiko gizi lebih. Disimpulkan bahwa Upaya penanggulangan stunting di Desa Cileles Kecamatan Jatinagor Kabupaten Sumedang dapat dilaksanakan dengan penyediaan makanan bergizi sumber energi, protein, vitamin, dan mineral melalui UMKM makanan yang tersedia baik bagi ibu hamil maupun anak balita.

Abstract

Abstract. The article aims to explain the model of improving the village image through strengthening village superior products by evaluating typical MSME products of Cileles Village, Sumedang Regency. The study was conducted using empirical studies through observation and mingling with the community and participating in various economic improvement activities, especially in strengthening village products. The results of this study show that Sumedang Regency already has many achievements in government management, especially in handling stunting, which has made Sumedang Regency a model for other regions in Indonesia. The commitment of the Regional Government of Sumedang Regency in improving village economic products which is encouraged by various policies and programs in collaboration with various parties including in Cileles Village, Jatinangor District can support the development of MSMEs and village superior products, one of which is Lesmons. The implementation of a well-planned MSME program will have an impact on improving the community's economy, increasing local taxes and is also expected to improve both the image of Cileles Village and Sumedang Regency. Abstrak. Artikel bermaksud untuk menjelaskan model peningkatan citra desa melalui penguatan produk unggulan desa dengan mengevaluasi produk-produk UMKM khas Desa Cileles Kabupaten Sumedang. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi empiris melalui observasi dan berbaur bersama masyarakat serta mengikuti berbagai kegiatan peningkatan perekonomian khususnya dalam penguatan produk desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Sumedang sudah memiliki banyak prestasi dalam pengelolaan pemerintahan terutama dalam penanganan stunting yang menjadikan Kabupaten Sumedang sebagai percontohan bagi wilayah lain di Indonesia. Komitmen Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang dalam peningkatan produk ekonomi desa yang didorong dengan berbagai kebijakan dan program berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak termasuk di Desa Cileles Kecamatan Jatinangor dapat mendukung pengembangan UMKM dan produk unggulan desa yang salah satu produknya adalah Lesmons. Pelaksanaan program UMKM yang terencana dengan baik akan berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, peningkatan pajak daerah dan juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan baik citra Desa Cileles dan Kabupaten Sumedang.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide knowledge related to quality control aspects through assistance in quality control of the yogurt production process in the yogurt SME business actors Sukabirus, Megamendung-Bogor District. The marketing of yogurt is quite extensive while quality control does not yet exist, it is hoped that the quality of the products marketed is of good quality and can compete in the market. Assistance in quality control of final product analysis on pH parameters and brix degrees. Analysis of the data on the quality control of the final product using a simple Microsoft Excel analysis whose results are compared with the competitor's products and SNI. The results of this yogurt quality control assistance show that the pH value of the yogurt flavor variant in yogurt SMEs is around 3.5-3.8 and the brix degree value is 13.5%. Prior to the quality control assistance, yogurt SMEs did not know the quality of the products produced. After the assistance of quality control in the analysis of the final product, the yogurt produced meets SNI standards, there are no damaged products because the production of yogurt is adjusted to market demand, the yogurt produced is fresh and of good quality so that it can compete in the market. Abstract

Water is a primary human need that God has given to all His creatures. Water is a source of needs and fulfillment of many people's needs. The management of water resources is held by the government to be used for the welfare of citizens according to the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. The research objectives are as follows: 1. To find out and analyze the tasks of the central government in dividing the management of natural resources both for the community and for private companies. 2. To find out and analyze the role of the private sector in water resources according to Law no. 17/2019 concerning Water Resources. The method is normative juridical study with qualitative approach using primary and secondary data. The results of the research are that water resources management involves various parties which often conflict and cause conflict. Therefore, good coordination is needed to unite the interests of the community and the government to produce an effective and efficient formulation of water resources management. The government plays a very important role in managing water resources so that all people get clean water in a fair and equitable manner to meet their daily needs.
