Abstract

At PT Vilo Gelato, it is suspected that there is a decrease in employee career development due to no promotion, while the workload is due to noise when using machines, and work performance is due to a lack of discipline. The purpose of this study was to examine how much influence career development and workload variables have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. In addition, leaders must also pay attention to their employees, by providing encouragement or motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence or how much influence career development variables and workload have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence career development variables and workload have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. This study used quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents and interviews with related parties. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. The respondents are employees of PT. Vilo Gelato production parts. This sample determination uses the Solvin formula for 10% of the population of 100 employees. In proving and analyzing this, a simple linear regression test method for career development on employee work performance is used, namely Y = 13,134 + 0.660, and simple linear regression of workload to employee performance is Y = 8,815 + 0.776. So, for the multiple linear regression method, Y = 7.626 + 0.396X1 + 0.420X2. The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found that Rsquare was 65.5%. This means that career development variables and workload can explain employee performance variables by 65.5%. The rest were influenced by other variables that were not used in the study. From the results of this study concluded that partially seen from the results of analysis on the t-count test (X1), which was 3,521 and 0.001 sig. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that career development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. Judging from the results of the t-test analysis, the count (X2) is 3,118 and the sig is 0.003. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. simultaneously it can be proven by the calculated F test value of 44,530 and the F table of 3.20 with a sig below 0.000. In this case career development and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato.

Abstract

PT Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mal Bekasi began to experience a decline in sales. This can be seen from the company's declining sales in recent years. Employee turnover is also a number of important reasons why there has been a decline in employee performance, because some of these new employees have not been able to fully absorb the company profile and the products that must be sold to the market. It seems that the work orientation program for new employees needs refreshment or even further job training for new employees so that the company's stability does not decrease with the entry of new employees. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence work orientation and work motivation have on increasing employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mal Bekasi. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 6.214 + 0.611X1 + 0.262X2 is obtained. From this equation it can be interpreted that orientation and motivation can run optimally, then and improve employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mal Bekasi.

Abstract

The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The respondents are employees of PT. Sinde Budi Sentosa. Determination of this sample using the Slovin formula 10% of the population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test using SPSS version 26. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Career Development and Work Experience on employee work productivity at PT. Sinde Budi Sentosa. The results of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 21.350 + 0.493x1 + 0.027x2 means that if career development and work experience (X1 and X2 = 0) then employee work productivity is 21.350 and if career development and work experience (X1 and X2 = 1) then employee productivity employee work increased by 0.493 for X1 and 0.027 for X2. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 52%. The results show that the work productivity of employees is influenced by Career Development and Work Experience by 52% and the rest is influenced by other factors not discussed in the study. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the results of the Career Development (X1) value on Employee Work Productivity (Y) show t count > t table of 3.799 > 1.677, so Career Development has an influence on employee work productivity. The results of testing the Work Experience variable (X2) on employee work productivity (Y) show t count < t table, the magnitude is 0.192 <1.677, so work experience has no effect on employee work productivity. Overall test results (f test) F count > F table (11.049 > 3.20) career development and work experience together have a positive and significant impact on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The competition between firms is becoming more fierce along with the expansion of economic growth in the trade sector, particularly with the rise of new types of retail businesses. How do Quick Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Debt to Assets Ratio Affect Return on Equity in Retail Trading Sub Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange? is how the problem in this study is formulated. The financial reports of companies in the retail trade sub-sector that are listed on the IDX served as the study's primary source of secondary data. Multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (F test and t test) are the data analytic methods employed in this study. Based on calculations using multiple regression analysis, the result is Y = - 4.170 + 0.087QR + 4.291ITO -0.424DAR, a constant of -4.170 means that if the Quick Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Debt to Assets Ratio value is 0 then the Return on Equity value is -4.170 . Partially the Quick Ratio has no positive and insignificant effect on Return On Equity as indicated by tcount 1.839 < ttable 2.021. Inventory Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity which is indicated by tcount 2.760 > ttable 2.021 and the Debt to Assets Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return On Equity which is indicated by tcount -2.076 < ttable 2.02. And simultaneously the Quick Ratio, Inventory Turnover, Debt to Assets Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Equity as indicated by tcount 5.587 > ttable 2.84. In conclusion, the company is expected to be able to increase the value of the company and be taken into consideration in evaluating financial performance in the future, for investors it is expected to be a consideration in determining investment, and for further researchers it is recommended to add other indicators that are different from this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the variables of leadership and job appraisal have on employee performance in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. How much influence does leadership have on employee performance. How much influence does work appraisal have on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where data collection is used by distributing questionnaires and library data. The population of this study were all 45 employees. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with saturated sampling type. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found that the results of multiple linear regressionY = 7.523 + 0.699 X¹ + 0.111 X². The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found that R Square was 49.6%. This means that the contribution variables of leadership and work appraisal can explain the employee performance variable by 49.6%. influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other causes. The results of this study concluded that partially seen from the results of the analysis on leadership (X¹), namely t count of 4.373 and t table of 1.682 with sig 0.000. Therefore, t count H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Judging from the results of the analysis on job appraisal (X²), namely t count of 2.573 and t table of 1.682 with a sig of 0.000. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Simultaneously, it can be proven by the test value of f count of 5.514 and f table of 3.21 with sig below 0.000. This means that leadership and work appraisal have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta provincial government. Based on the conclusions above, leaders should include employees in the decision-making process and its implementation. Employees should also comply with the applicable regulations in pergub no.57 of 2020. Leaders should also provide the right direction and supervise the performance of each employee so that they are able to provide good quality work in carrying out their duties.
