Abstract

Purpose: This study focuses on how online learning can aid in the development of the Augmented Reality (AR) technology, "Mar-Care”, which possesses features that will attract elementary students to learn Makaton. Makaton is a Sign Language whose inception dates back to around 1972/73 and it was meant to be used by people with learning disabilities to help develop language and communication skills. This study online learning involves AR technology and the use of Padlet as e-learning platforms a forum for students to discuss and express their opinions. Design: The methods used throughout the production of Mar-Care application technology education learning online tools are the Padlet platform. Findings: Visual representation of the basic hand gestures through 3D animation is shown on the Padlet to explain online learning Research limitations: This study has developed an online medium for online learning. Practical implications: A large number of software used to produce online learning tools successfully make the discussion space between students and teachers. Paper type: Research Paper

Abstract

It is suspected that the Current Ratio (CR) has a partially negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Based on the background of the problems in this study, it can be formulated how the influence of Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. And what is the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Assets (ROA) partially at PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk, also how is the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Assets (ROA) in general? simultaneously at PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Assets (ROA). This research is a quantitative data with explanatory research that explains the relationship or influence between variables. From the results of research on PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk, Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) From the results of research on PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk, Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). The benefits of this research are to contribute ideas to the development of economics regarding the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk and can be used as a basis for research expansion, especially related to financial performance associated with companies that go public in further research.

Abstract

Leadership style is the way the leader works and behaves in guiding his subordinates to do something. While work motivation is a work motivation for employees to work better and more effectively. Leadership style and work motivation will support and motivate employee performance for the better. Good employee performance will increase the productivity of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Eupfin Electronics Indonesia . The sample in this study were 30 respondents. This study uses a partial test and multicollinearity test to find out how much influence the problem formulation has. From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it shows that the leadership style variable has a Tcount value of 4,544 > 2.051 or a significant value of 0.000< 0.05. It can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.While the work motivation variable is known to have a Tcount of 5,627>2.051 or a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the Statistical Test (F test) show that the calculated F value of 19.258 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.35 and it is also known that the significant level is 0.000 <0.05. This proves that leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

At PT Vilo Gelato, it is suspected that there is a decrease in employee career development due to no promotion, while the workload is due to noise when using machines, and work performance is due to a lack of discipline. The purpose of this study was to examine how much influence career development and workload variables have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. In addition, leaders must also pay attention to their employees, by providing encouragement or motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence or how much influence career development variables and workload have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence career development variables and workload have on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. This study used quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents and interviews with related parties. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. The respondents are employees of PT. Vilo Gelato production parts. This sample determination uses the Solvin formula for 10% of the population of 100 employees. In proving and analyzing this, a simple linear regression test method for career development on employee work performance is used, namely Y = 13,134 + 0.660, and simple linear regression of workload to employee performance is Y = 8,815 + 0.776. So, for the multiple linear regression method, Y = 7.626 + 0.396X1 + 0.420X2. The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found that Rsquare was 65.5%. This means that career development variables and workload can explain employee performance variables by 65.5%. The rest were influenced by other variables that were not used in the study. From the results of this study concluded that partially seen from the results of analysis on the t-count test (X1), which was 3,521 and 0.001 sig. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that career development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. Judging from the results of the t-test analysis, the count (X2) is 3,118 and the sig is 0.003. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato. simultaneously it can be proven by the calculated F test value of 44,530 and the F table of 3.20 with a sig below 0.000. In this case career development and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Vilo Gelato.

(2) Effect of compensation on employee performance PT Cedefindo Bekasi (3) Effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance PT Cedefindo Bekasi. The design of this research is quantitative research. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT Cedefindo Bekasi and a sample of 64 respondents. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires about the work environment and compensation to 64 respondents. This study uses validity and reliability tests to measure validity and reliability, and using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of deremination (R2). The results of the study show : (1) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (2) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work environment and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the Effect of Product Quality (X1), Distribution (X2) of Sales Volume (Y) Study on PT Temprina Media Grafika Bekasi Design/methodology/approach: The data used in this study are primary data. In this study, the sampling method using the Non Probability Sample method is Purposive Sampling. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia’s fashion sector face challenges related to limited technical skills, low digital literacy, and restricted access to formal financing. This community service program aimed to strengthen the empowerment capacity of Paris Taylor MSME in Bekasi through the integrated 3P model (Production, Promotion, Payment). The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach using a mixed-methods design implemented through the ADDIE framework over 12 weeks. The results demonstrated significant improvements in production capacity, digital marketing capability, and financial inclusion. MSME productivity increased by 75%, digital transactions expanded through e-commerce platforms, and the partner successfully obtained People’s Business Credit (KUR) financing for business development. The Integrated 3P Model proved effective in accelerating MSME transformation toward digital-based economic independence and is recommended for replication in other creative MSME sectors.
