Abstract

Currently, information technology is an important part for companies to meet their needs and support the achievement of corporate strategy. Providing a competitive advantage, increasing effectiveness, time and reducing costs is the role of information technology in today's business area. As well as information is an important asset for the company that helps in the development of the company. Information really needs to be guarded and managed securely. PT. ICON+ prioritizes information technology in daily activities, so PT. ICON+ also needs to secure the information assets that exist in the company. Information security must be maintained because it is an important asset owned by the company. Therefore, examining information technology governance and information security using COBIT 5 in a company is really needed. This research can find out whether the company has fulfilled the indicator requirements or not otherwise. The framework and maintenance governance audit was carried out at PT. ICON+ is used to find out indicators of ability. The results were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to companies. In this study, it was found that PT. ICON+ achieved the expected result.

Abstract

In this day and age where technology is a necessity in everyday life for humans, technology is also used in the distribution of learning media for early childhood which is certainly very helpful in developments in the world of education. There are many learning media that can be used, such as multimedia, which is part of technological developments. By making it a learning medium, it is certain that early childhood can enjoy learning in a fun way. This research and design of instructional media aims to increase early childhood learning motivation by utilizing Macromedia Flash 8 technology. As we know, children prefer entertainment and games that make them more comfortable in learning. By making children's learning media by utilizing this technology, it is hoped that it can increase early childhood interest in learning so that later it will enable early childhood to be more creative and innovative. The use of this technological media can have a positive impact on early childhood in terms of carrying out learning. This study uses the waterfall method, where this method has stages such as design procedures, needs analysis, specifications and design, implementation and verification and the last is the validation stage.

Abstract

Klinik XYZ adalah klinik yang berada di jalan Batang Kuis, Proses antrian pasien di klinik ini masih menggunakan metode konvensional, sehingga dengan frekuensi kunjungan yang tinggi, terkadang terjadi penumpukan di area tunggu dan juga menciptakan penimbunan kartu registrasi. Pendekatan seperti ini dapat menyebabkan kartu terjepit. Selain itu, penimbunan kartu yang tidak benar dapat menyebabkan urutan menjadi tidak sesuai dengan seharusnya. Pasien yang datang kemudian mungkin dilayani lebih awal dibandingkan dengan pasien yang telah menunggu lebih lama.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis implementasi aplikasi antrian berbasis mobile pada Klinik XYZ menggunakan platform pembangun aplikasi visual, yaitu Kodular. Aplikasi antrian ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran dan pemantauan antrian pasien, mengurangi waktu tunggu, serta meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil dari implementasi ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam manajemen antrian di Klinik XYZ, dengan pengurangan waktu tunggu pasien dan peningkatan efisiensi layanan memberikan dampak positif terhadap sistem administrasi klinik dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pasien. Penelitian ini mendukung konsep bahwa integrasi teknologi mobile dalam layanan kesehatan dapat memberikan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pasien di Klinik XYZ.
