Abstract

The research objectives were to observe the growth and spore production of Metarhizium anisopliae grown at wheat-pollard and wheat-brand and to test the M. anisopliae pathogenicity on instar III rhinoceros beetle larva of coconut pest (Oryctes rhinoceros, L.). The research were executed in 3 phases : (1) Regeneration phase of  M. anisopliae, the experiment was arranged in single factor CRD with 3 kinds of wheat and 3  replications. The influences of the treatments on biomass, spore number and spore viability were observed then; (2) lethal dosage (LD50) determination phase; and (3) phatogenicity test of M. anisopliae, the experiment was arranged in 3 x 3 factorial CRD, where the first factor was the kinds of wheat (i.e. Pollard, Brand and Pollard Brand) and the second factor was the dosage of biopesticide (i.e. 0,5 LD50 LD50  and 2 LD50). The phatogenicity testing was conducted to evaluate the effects on toxicity, mortality speed, and effication percentage. The result indicated that the wheat-brand was the better medium for M. Anisopliae than the pollard and the pollard-brand ones. The average spore number (1021,67 x 1014  spora/ml), biomass (95,94 g) and the viability (127,00 x 108 spora/ml) were significantly higher than the others.  The lethal dosage obtained was 6,70g to gave the mortality percentage (73,33 %) and the effication percentage (73,33 %) significantly higher than the other treatments.

Abstract

Perusahaan banyak berinvestasi dalam sistem perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan (ERP) dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dan berharap ERP dapat membantu mereka mendapatkan keuntungan finansial. Mengingat biaya tinggi dan risiko tinggi investasi ERP, Makalah ini secara empiris menguji dampak implementasi ERP pada kinerja perusahaan menggunakan data keuangan dari perusahaan industri pertahanan yang diimplementasikan ERP. Metode penelitiannya adalah metode kuantitatif survei dan responden penelitian adalah manajemen industri pertahanan, yaitu sebesar 110 orang yaitu dengan jabatan manajer sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner online. Analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3 . Kuesioner survei disebarkan secara online dan diberikan ke berbagai perusahaan industry pertahanan.. Setiap item dinilai pada skala tipe Likert 7 poin mulai dari sangat tidak setuju (1) hingga sangat setuju (7).Sampel dipilih dengan mengidentifikasi perusahaan Industri pertahanan yang implementasi ERP . Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh bahwa ERP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Industri Pertahanan, ERP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional Industri Pertahanan. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan untuk Perusahaan industri pertahanan yang ingin berinvestasi di ERP.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are a form of service and the direct responsibility of pharmacists in pharmaceutical work. Pharmacists providing drug services have the knowledge and competence so that the patient's rights can be fulfilled. Researchers want to get an overview of the role of pharmacists in fulfilling patients' rights to obtain drug services based on Permenkes number 31 of 2016.This research uses qualitative methods with a sociological juridical approach. This research is analytical descriptive research conducted by taking samples in the Banyumas area. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method. The research used a library field study data collection method. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively by laws and regulations.The legal basis for regulation regarding the role of pharmacists in fulfilling patient rights in obtaining drug services is contained in the 1945 Constitution, the Health Law, the Health Personnel Law, and PP concerning Pharmaceutical Work. The form of regulation is outlined in the Government Regulation concerning pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies, the Minister of Health concerning amendments to the Minister of Health concerning registration, practice permits, and work permits for pharmacists. The implementation of the pharmacist's role in fulfilling patient rights in obtaining drug services in Banyumas Regency is by statutory provisions. Patients receiving drugs are given drug information regarding the rules for using and using drugs carried out by pharmacists. The purpose of implementing the pharmacist's role itself is to increase patient adherence to drug use.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Laut (TNI AL) memainkan peran kunci dalam keberhasilan operasi militer. Dengan tantangan yang terus berkembang di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi, penting untuk mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki aspek-aspek kritis dalam pengelolaan SDM, termasuk pelatihan, kesejahteraan, kepemimpinan, dan integrasi teknologi serta kerja sama internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami tantangan yang dihadapi TNI AL dalam pengelolaan SDM serta mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pelatihan, kesejahteraan, kepemimpinan, dan penerapan teknologi. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat mendukung peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasi TNI AL. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Data primer dikumpulkan dari observasi langsung terhadap praktik pengelolaan SDM dan wawancara dengan pimpinan, pelatih, dan personel TNI AL. Data sekunder meliputi dokumen internal dan literatur terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode pengkodean, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan saat ini belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan operasional terkini, dan dukungan kesehatan mental personel masih kurang memadai. Kepemimpinan yang efektif sangat penting tetapi perlu ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan yang lebih sistematis. Kerja sama internasional dan penerapan teknologi terbaru juga memerlukan perbaikan, khususnya dalam hal penyesuaian prosedur dan pelatihan teknologi. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya pembaruan kebijakan pelatihan, peningkatan dukungan kesejahteraan, penguatan kepemimpinan, dan integrasi teknologi yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasi TNI AL.

Abstract

Kemampuan guru-guru di SMAN 1 Sampang Kabupaten Cilacap dalam riset dan publikasi hasil riset masih perlu ditingkatkan. Terlepas daripada itu, semangat guru-guru di SMAN 1 Sampang untuk melakukan riset masih sangat baik. Untuk mendorong produktifitas dan menjaga motivasi guru- guru dalam riset dalam menulis publikasi, perlu pendampingan pelatihan penyusunan artikel ilmiah dengan metode literature review. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membekali guru-guru SMAN 1 Sampang dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan melakukan riset literatur. Metode pengabdian di SMAN 1 Sampang ini meliputi ceramah, pengenalan software Publish or Perish dan VOS Viewerr. Peserta pengabdian adalah seluruh guru dan staf pendidikan. Pemberian materi melalui ceramah berupa pemaparan tentang riset literature review, sumber-sumber artikel untuk riset, mencari dan menemukan celah riset dari hasil mengkaji literatur-literatur yang digunakan dan cara menganalisis literatur berupa artikel ilmiah. Selain itu seluruh peserta pelatihan diajak untuk mendownload aplikasi gratis yaitu Publish or Perish dan Vos Viewer diberikan contoh praktik penggunaannya. Pelatihan ini memberikan tambahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah Literature Review.
