Abstract

The main principle of designing the multi-storey building is increasing the building strength on lateral force. The higher the building, then the more vulnerable the building in resisting the lateral force, such as earthquake force. In structure design in multi-storey building, there are 2 systems lateral force restraint that often used, that are frame that use shear wall and frame without shear wall. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of shear wall placement with respect to structure deflection as an effect of quake load also to find out the sensitivity of the adding the amount of shear wall on decreasing rate of structure deflection as an effect of quake load, that the calculation of quake load effect done by use the Equivalent Static Analysis Method. The result of the analysis obtained the structure deflection decreases with the increasing of the amount of shear wall and the average of decreasing rate of structure deflection for every addition of 1% shear wall is 1.97% also the layout of shear wall placement very react on structure deflection alteration.

Abstract

Angkutan umum tidak terlepas dari berbagai masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan angkutan umum dan tingkat kepuasan terhadap kinerja angkutan umum di Kota Kupang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis mean, analisis faktor dan analisis Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Analisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan angkutan umum di Kota Kupang berdasarkan hasil analisis mean didapat nilai mean tertinggi adalah 4,45 untuk faktor X17sedangkan nilai mean terendah adalah 3,34 untuk faktor X8. Hasil analisis faktor didapat presentase tertinggi untuk faktor kesehatan dengan nilai varimax rotation 38,932% sedangkan presentase terendah untuk faktor biaya dengan nilai varimax rotation 6,210%. Analisis untuk tingkat kepuasan dengan analisis Quality Function Deployment (QFD) didapat nilai untuk tingkat kepuasan lebih kecil daripada nilai target sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan. Dimana langkah – langkah perbaikan yang menjadi prioritas paling pertama adalah penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid 19 dengan nilai absolut parameter teknik 106,907 sedangkan yang menjadi prioritas terakhir adalah tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan penumpang dalam angkutan dengan nilai absolut 521,251.

Abstract

The distribution of the shear wall horizontally influences the drift. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the horizontally mass distribution of shear walls and high-rise buildings’ drift. The model analyzed was a rectangular building with 40 floors of 20 m x 20 m. The model consists of 4 variations, namely G1, G2, G3, and G4 models. The analysis was carried out based on SNI - 1726 - 2019 regarding The Procedures of Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures and using SAP 2000 software. The analysis results revealed that horizontal shear wall mass distribution influences the structural deviation due to earthquake loads. Shear walls distributed side by side are more efficient than shear walls distributed spatially.
