Abstract

This study aims to explain the intention in using mobile money through the application of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model. This research was conducted throughout the Solo Raya community. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling in which the researcher determines sampling by providing specific criteria. The research data was obtained through a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis was path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that the variable performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, hedonic motivation, and facility conditions have no significant effect on the intention to use mobile money. Price value and habit variables have a positive and significant effect on the intention in using mobile money.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence financial distress with the Altman Z-score approach in non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2023. This research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study uses companies in the consumer non-cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling using probability random sampling. The data source used is secondary data. Data collection techniques through reading and analyzing various literature books, journals, and also theses. As well as the use of the website through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id and the official website owned by the Company. The data analysis technique uses data processing assistance through excel 2019 software and Eviews or Econometric Views version 12 with the regression analysis method. The results of the study are that profitability and total asset turnover have a positive and significant effect on financial distress. Leverage has a negative and significant effect on financial distress. However, simultaneously the independent variables in this study, namely profitability, leverage, and total assets turnover, have an overall influence on financial distress.

The research sample consisted of 94 respondents selected using the Slovin method and purposive sampling technique based on a minimum work tenure of one year. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that transformational leadership positively and significantly influences innovative work behavior, demonstrating that leaders who inspire and drive change contribute to increased employee creativity. Furthermore, organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, confirming that a supportive and change-oriented work environment fosters innovation. Abstract

This study investigates the extent to which live streaming sales, product reviews, and promotional discounts influence consumer purchase interest on the TikTok e-commerce platform. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing an online questionnaire to gather data. The participants consisted of 152 respondents who are active TikTok users with prior experience shopping through its live shopping feature. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS application. The analysis revealed that discount offerings have a statistically significant and positive impact on consumer purchase interest. In contrast, live streaming selling and product reviews did not demonstrate a meaningful influence. These findings suggest that within the TikTok Shop environment, price incentives play a dominant role in driving purchasing behavior, while the influence of live streams and customer reviews may require further strategic enhancement in terms of presentation and communication effectiveness. This research contributes to the theoretical framework of digital consumer behavior and provides practical insights for businesses aiming to refine their social media-based marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of combining stock price features, technical indicators MACD and RSI and external data from Google Trends in predicting stock prices using a Machine Learning approach. Three algorithms were employed: Support Vector Regression (SVR), Multiple Linear Regression (MLR), and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). Stock price data were obtained from Yahoo Finance, while Google Trends data were collected using keywords relevant to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Normalization was carried out using the Z-score approach to avoid feature bias. The results show that RSI is a stable technical indicator, while MACD demonstrated a significant performance improvement after normalization. Incorporating Google Trends had a positive impact on model accuracy, particularly for MLP. Among the three models tested, MLR exhibited the most consistent performance, while MLP showed improved accuracy after preprocessing. SVR performed moderately but was sensitive to feature variations. Overall, the combination of technical indicators, public sentiment data from Google Trends, and Machine Learning algorithms provides more accurate stock price predictions. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing investment decision support systems in capital markets.

Abstract

This study examines company value with firm size moderation in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2023 period. The sample consists of 38 companies per year, selected using the purposive sampling method, resulting in a total of 152 data points over four years. The research variables include Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), firm size (log of total assets), and company value (Tobin's Q). Multiple linear regression analysis is employed to assess the impact of independent variables on company value, while Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used to evaluate the moderating role of firm size. The findings indicate that capital structure, current ratio, and profitability positively and significantly affect company value. Firm size is shown to moderate the relationship between capital structure and current ratio with company value but does not moderate the relationship between profitability and company value. The study recommends expanding the data and research period and exploring other moderating variables to provide deeper insights into the factors influencing company value.
