Abstract

Pemanasan global saat ini telah menyebabkan cuaca menjadi kurang menentu, sehingga musim kemarau dan hujan tidak lagi dapat diprediksi. Kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu dapat mempersulit proses pengeringan pakaian. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang sistem otomatisasi penjemuran pakaian berbasis mikrokontroler arduino uno yang menggunakan sensor hujan dan sensor LDR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat kinerja yang akan menggunakan sistem otomatis untuk mendeteksi apakah ada ada hujan, tidak ada cahaya atau cuaca dalam keadaan mendung. Sistem otomatis berupa jemuran yang menggunakan motor stepper yang akan menarik tali jemuran masuk atau keluar dan pemberitahuan dari DFPlayer Mini. Desain pendeteksian cahaya hujan memiliki 4 status: hujan – siang, cerah – malam, cerah – siang, dan hujan – malam. Dalam setiap kasus, motor stepper menarik tali jemuran masuk atau keluar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem otomatisasi dapat mendeteksi besar curah hujan yaitu 0,1 mm – 817 mm, dan besar intensitas cahaya yaitu 5 Lux – 506 Lux.

Abstract

Research has been carried out aiming (i) to create a system and design a tool to calculate and add up the price of color and non-color printing, (ii) to determine the RGB frequency in determining a color, (iii) to find out the latest usage data in the Data Recorder program. The tool is designed to be able to calculate the type of concrete automatically, using the TCS3200 color sensor as a determinant of the type of mold with a 20x4 LCD display. The system uses the RTC DS1302 digital clock module, the SD Card Module for data storage as a function of the data logger program. The method applied in this research is the calculation method. This study uses international color measurement data as a frequency reference for the color sensor reading process, for the data logger program process using a PLX-DAQ (Parallax Data Acqusitions) program is an add-on to the parallax microcontroller data acquisition for Microsoft Excel. Making it easier to be able to unify tools in real time, by providing a color sensor calibration system program and storing data on an SD card (Data Logger) the results will be obtained, namely being able to distinguish color and colorless automatically with a tool success rate of 93.4% given a distance of 5 cm to the concrete paper.

Abstract

Research has been carried out prototype Smart home with IoT (Internet of Things) based on Wemos D1 Mini which can simulate the application of Smart home that can be accessed via the internet by connecting electronic devices to the internet with a Wemos D1 mini microcontroller, while processing all data in the form of input and output. , with control system via wemos and supported by MQ-2 sensor, flame sensor, PIR sensor, relay, buzzer, water pump and fan. The method applied in this research is the monitoring and control system development carried out in this study, namely: the design is equipped with several features, namely sending notifications to the SmartPhone in the form of reports and settings through the application so that it can help users to find out and get information about the conditions that occur at home. , this design is also equipped with an MQ-2 sensor when the sensor detects the 5V fan will turn on to suck gas / smoke out of the room, as a continuation if a gas leak occurs, this prototype is also equipped with a Flame sensor which can turn on the water pump as a fire suppression by The concentration of the sensor works at a wavelength of less than 450 nm, it is also equipped with a PIR Sensor that will turn on an alarm if an intruder is detected in the house and on the tile.

Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan merupakan suatu peristiwa yang sudah banyak terjadi yang menyebabkan penurunan kualitas lingkungan akibat adanya zat yang bersifat toxic akibat aktifitas manusia. Pencemaran air dapat dikurangi dengan kontrol pada limbah atau dengan menggunakan material fotokatalis sebagai penjernih air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manakah yang terbaik perbandingan antara suhu dan penambahan doping untuk digunakan sebagai fotokatalis. Bahan yang difunakan sebagai material fotokatalis adalah TiO2/SiO2 di doping dengan CuO2. Material fotokatalis disentesis menggunakan metode kopresipitasi dengan tambahan PEG6000 untuk mengurangi terjadinya aglomerasi dan memperluas permukaan dari serbuk TiO2/SiO2 yang didoping dengan CuO2. Variasi suhu yang digunakan adalah 100 C dan 250 C sedangkan variasi dopingnya 1% dari massa total sampel. Hasil dari analisa morfologi dari sampel menggunakan SEM menunjukkan suhu 100 C lebih membuat serbuk campuran lebih menempel pada PEG6000 dan penambahan doping mengurangi terjadinya aglomerasi, sedangkan untuk hasil analisa strukturnya menggunakan XRD menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi perubahan struktur kristalnya yaitu tetragonal anatase. Terjadi peningkatan densitas pada penambahan doping CuO2 begitu juga dengan parameter kisi a dan c. Dari hasil analisa sampel dapat disimpulkan bahwa suhu terbaik yang dapat digunakan adalah 100 C dan penambahan doping.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian Rancang Bangun Pemberi Nutrisi Otomatis Dengan Metode The Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) Pada Budidaya Hidroponik Berbasis ATMega32 yang bertujuan: (i) Untuk mengetahui perancangan sistem pemberi nutrisi otomatis pada budidaya hidroponik, (ii) Untuk mengontrol wadah larutan nutrisi pada budidaya hidroponik dan (iii) Untuk memantau suhu dan kelembaban pada tanaman hidroponik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan  metode the nutrient film technique (NFT) dengan menggunakan alat mikrokontroler yaitu ATMega32 sebagai kontroler, sensor konduktivitas, sensor ultrasonik, sensor suhu dan kelembaban, pompa peristaltik serta diujikan pada tanaman sawi pakcoy. Dari hasil pengujian di dapatkan nilai konduktivitas sesuai dengan yang diinginkan yaitu mencapai batas nilai ±2000 μS yang telah diatur sebagai nilai maksimal nilai konuktivitas larutan tanaman sawi pakcoy sehingga alat ini dapat menjaga nilai konduktivitas nutrisi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman tersebut. Pengontrolan wadah larutan nutrisi bekerja secara baik tidak pernah melewati batas bawah sehingga larutan dapat stabil karena pompa air bekerja secara baik. Pompa nutrisi aktif sebanyak 6 kali dan pompa air aktif seterusnya agar aliran air terus mengalir. Pemantauan suhu dan dan kelembaban pada alat ini bekerja dengan baik, dimana suhunya 27ºC dan kelembabannya 90 %  yang ditampilkan pada layar LCD.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIt has been done the research on the design of automatic feeding and adjusting the pH of water in shrimp pond based on atmega32. By using atmega32 microcontroller as a system design. Water pH setting uses a peristaltic pump to drain water which containing buffer solutions. Ultrasonic sensors detects feed supplies. If the feed is running low, then the buzzer will ring. The servo motor is used to open the lid on the feed container so that the more servos move the more feed is given to shrimp. This device could also be used to measure the temperature of water for shrimp pond by using DS18B20 temperature sensor. The results showed that the pH sensor testing obtained good results because the device was able to maintain the pH value as needed. If the pH of water in the pond is more than 8.5 or less than 6.5 then the pump will become active and work to distributive water mixed with the buffer solution into the pond. The feed container uses an ultrasonic sensor to read the distance if the feed is running low inside the container. If the sensor measures a distance of more than 4 cm then the buzzer will inactive but if the distance is less than 4 cm then the buzzer will active and beep. At the time of feeding, the servo motor will move to open the cover of the feed container with a single movement of 0.7 grams of feed given. In order for the feed to spread, the fans are used for spreading of the feed.   Keywords : Atmega32, Feed, pH sensor, Temperature Sensor, and Ultrasonic Sensor.

Abstract

Water is a source of life for the community and is a basic need that is used by the community every day for their daily needs. However, due to the increasingly dense population and the number of PT in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, the water is polluted by Liquid Waste. And people in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, feel the impact of the water such as water that is not suitable for consumption and the emergence of various diseases. This study aims to find out how the effect of liquid waste on water quality and diseases that arise in the community in Sei Village. Merbau, Teluk Nibung District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection is carried out using interviews and field observations of 10 respondents aged between 25 - 40 years. The results of this study indicate that liquid waste causes changes in water quality and causes various skin diseases to occur in the community in Sei Village. Merbau, Teluk Nibung District. Abstract

To lessen financial damages brought on by industrial mishaps, a device that can recycle or reuse oil emissions mixed with water is required. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the sensor readings for crude palm oil (CPO) oil thickness, presence, and tool effectiveness in separating CPO oil from water. photodiode and the tool's effectiveness in separating the water and oil in CPO. The red frequency value on the TCS3200 color sensor reading increases as the thickness of the oil in the tank increases. The percentage deviation value of the CPO oil volume generated from these results is 9.7%. Before suction or the laser still penetrates the water, the photodiode sensor's light intensity reading is 74, and when it is exposed to oil, the reading is 0. The CPO oil thickness test findings show that as the CPO oil thickness increases, so does the red frequency value on the sensor. The photodiode sensor's laser light reception intensity is 74 when it detects water, and 0 when it detects oil. According to test data, the gadget has a 90.3% success rate in separating water and oil.

Abstract

Noise can be reduced by using materials that can dampen and absorb sound. Sound absorbing materials have an important role in room acoustics. This study aims to apply egg trays to the walls of MTs Islamiyah Tanjung Kasau classrooms. The study was conducted by measuring the noise level before and after the implementation of the egg tray on open and closed doors and windows in the MTs Islamiyah Tanjung Kasau classroom at 20 different points. The source of the sound comes from the sound generated by the activity of vehicles on St. Sei Langgei Perk Village. Tanjung Kasau during school operating hours. The tool used to measure noise levels in this study is a sound level meter (SLM). Data processing uses Surfer Golden V16 Software to create a contour map of sound distribution. The noise level generated in the classroom before the implementation of the egg tray when the doors and windows were open and closed was 61.39 dB and 59.41 dB. These results did not meet the standards in accordance with KEPMENLH No. 48 of 1996 concerning the Noise Level Standard for Schools, which is 55 dB. Then an acoustic absorbing material was added to the classroom using egg tray material to reduce noise in the MTs Islamiyah Tanjung Kasau classroom. The noise level after the application of the egg tray in open condition is 53.47 dB, in closed condition is 49.99 dB.

Abstract

The want for electric electricity is an vital a part of human life. Some household appliances use electrical energy from the National Electric Company, but problems often occur in their supply which result in power outages and can disrupt activities and cause harm to the community. The purpose of this research is to understand how to portable solar generators energy can be developed as alternative electrical energy for household electronic devices, to find out how portable solar power generators work as alternative electrical energy for household electronic devices and to find out how solar panels can supplying AC electrified loads to household electronic devices. This research uses an experimental method that innovates in the field of renewable energy by utilizing solar energy (solar panels) as an alternative electrical energy. The test results obtained by this designed tool can turn on household electronic equipment such as rice cookers, fans, LED lights, charge cellphones and laptops with a maximum power of 300 Watts with a time according to the power supplied to the battery capacity so that this hardware maybe used as an alternative electrical energy to replace the generator.
