Abstract

Penelitian ini berjuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari peluang usaha, modal dan juga strategi pengembangan usaha terhadap pendapatan para pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di kawasan Malioboro Yogyakarta (DIY). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Data primer diperoleh dari survei lapangan yaitu dengan menyebarkan secara langsung kuesioner penelitian kepada para PKL yang berada di kawasan Malioboro. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode Slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peluang usaha dan modal berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan PKL di Malioboro. Sedangkan strategi pengembangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Malioboro. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS.

Abstract

This study analyzes Islamic finance practices in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia from an Islamic economics perspective. This study employed a systematic literature review method following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). The main data source was written material that analyzed the impact of Islamic finance practices on MSMEs in Indonesia. The findings demonstrate that Islamic finance practices positively influence the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study indicates that Islamic finance practices have substantial potential for enhancing the well-being of MSMEs in the country. Noteworthy growth factors for MSMEs encompass Islamic business and economic ethics, innovation, and ethical and moral considerations. Islamic finance practices are a promising option for Indonesian MSMEs to enhance their business growth. Therefore, adopting Islamic finance practices can contribute to improving business performance and fostering MSMEs' growth. Future research may involve empirical studies to gain a more comprehensive understanding of Islamic finance practices in Indonesian MSMEs.

Abstract

The competence of village government personnel is a key factor in achieving effective, accountable, and public service-oriented village governance. However, various challenges persist such as limited skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making which impact the quality of service provided to the community. This community service initiative aims to enhance the competence of village personnel through soft skills and leadership training, thereby strengthening the institutional capacity of the village government. The implementation employs a participatory approach comprising a training needs assessment, material development, interactive training sessions, group discussions, case studies, leadership simulations, effective communication exercises, and evaluation via pre- and post-tests alongside participatory observation. Participants consisted of village personnel holding strategic roles in governance and public service delivery. The results indicate an improved understanding among participants regarding concepts such as leadership, interpersonal communication, teamwork, conflict management, service excellence, and decision-making. Furthermore, participants demonstrated increased self-confidence and collaborative abilities, as well as a commitment to applying leadership values ​​characterized by adaptability, transparency, and a focus on serving the community.
