Abstract

Job rotation policy is a strategy for developing employee skills by the company to improve employee performance, and this can provide refreshment and a sense of a new atmosphere for employees. So that it can provide job satisfaction or satisfaction to employees. The method in this research is a literature study by reviewing some of the results of previous research which originates from national and international articles. The research results were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine answers to problems regarding the relationship between job rotation policies and job satisfaction which can have an impact on employee performance. All ideas from each study provide information about the methodologically desirable theory of the study being analyzed. The results of the literature review show that the job rotation policy implemented by the company has a good impact on employee job satisfaction, so it is good for improving employee performance. Abstract

One way to measure the success or performance of a country or region in the field of human development is to use the Human Development Index (IPH). The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the human development index (HDI) on economic growth. The method used in this article is a qualitative method with a literature study or Library Research. The aim is to analyze the comparison of existing theories with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from the results of research or studies presented in scientific articles. All articles used are sourced from electronic data literacy search engines Mendeley and Google Scholar. The literature used is in accordance with the qualitative approach with the type of literature research. Based on a review of literature review of several articles in national and international journals in this article, it can be concluded that the development of the human index (HDI) does not have a significant effect on economic growth. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the non-functioning of the Wania Market in Wania Distirik in Mimika Regency. The research method used is descriptive method. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation and interview. While the data analysis instrument used is source triangulation. Evaluate the factors that influence the operation of Wania Market and its impact on Papuan mama-mama traders. The results show that the government has completed the licensing process required for market operations. However, cultural factors, such as the traders' habit of selling outside, are still an obstacle. Nonetheless, the facilities and infrastructure that have been prepared are quite complete although poorly maintained, there are still challenges in changing traders' preferences to switch to inside the market

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the eflect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Kuala Kencana District Office. The research method used in this study is the associative research method, which is a method to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. In this study, the data collection methods used are the observation method, questionnaire method and documentation method. To determine the positive influence between these variables, the analysis instrument used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant eflect on employee performance, but work motivation does not have a significant eflect. The results of simultaneous testing show that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment have a significant eflect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer interest in choosing used clothing (cakar bongkar) and socio-economic factors, work and environment influence consumer interest in choosing used clothing in the central market in Mimika Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive method and associative method. The data collected in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data sourced from consumers of used clothing (cakar bongkar) who are used as respondents using observation and questionnaire techniques. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS analysis. The results of the analysis show that, the work variable has a significant eflect on consumer buying interest. , while socio-economic and environmental factors do not have a significant eflect. Consumer interest in choosing used clothing (cakar bongkar) considers the work factor as a consideration, where this is based on the results of the analysis of the work factor has a significant eflect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that determine the elasticity of demand for broiler chicken in Timika City. The research method used is a descriptive method. In this study, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. To determine the factors that determine the elasticity of demand for broiler chicken in Timika City, the analysis instrument used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study indicate that out of 5 factors, there are only 3 most dominant factors. These factors are the taste or taste factor of the community with a correlation value of -0.762, the price factor of the goods themselves with a correlation value of 0.721 and the estimated price factor in the future with a correlation value of 0.535.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors determine people's decisions in buying used clothes online and offline in Timika City. This study uses a descriptive method. In this study, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. To find out what factors determine people's decisions, the data analysis instrument used is factor analysis. The results of this study indicate that the determining factors for people's decisions to buy used clothes online in Timika City are influenced by factors of service quality, ease of transactions, satisfaction with products, and cost efficiency. Meanwhile, people's decisions to buy used clothes offline in Timika City are influenced by factors of service quality, price assessment, trust, and security.
