Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an increase in a student learning activity in science subjects for Class VIII SMP by implementing Lesson Study. This type of research is a type of cooperative qualitative research. The population in this study were students in classes VIII B and VIII C for the 2022/2023 Academic Year as many as 20 students in each category. The results showed that the observed student learning activities from the eight indicators experienced an increase before and after the implementation of the Lesson Study, with an average value of student learning activities in the second sample class meeting of 68.30%, with the category of achievement quite active. The experimental sample class implementing the Lesson study obtained an average value of 79.91% from the two meetings with the Active achievement category. In conclusion, the performance of the Lesson Study can increase student learning activities in science class VIII at SMP AL-Madina Boarding School Wonosobo. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the level of communication skills is seen from the group of students' initial understanding and the level of students' final understanding. Is there a difference, and how much is the increase in students' communication results after applying the Think Talk Write model using PowerPoint media? This type of quantitative research with quasi-experiments utilizing a control group design. The population in the study was class VIII A as the control class and class VIII B as the experimental class, each of which consisted of 20 students. Data collection was obtained using the method of documentation, testing, and communication observation. The results showed that the application of the TTW Learning Model (Think Talk Write) using PowerPoint media to improve students' communication skills for the initial level of student communication results was included in the low category, with an average of 48.70 for the control class and 48.70 for the experimental type. The story of student communication is obtained from the pre-test scores. The students' final communication results increased after treatment, averaging 72.75 for the control class and 90.30 for the experimental type. The students' last communication level was obtained from the post-test scores. In conclusion, there are differences in improving communication results using the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model using PowerPoint (PPT) media to improve student communication. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to unravel the role of Nahdlatul Ulama in making the R20 Forum as Indonesia's Soft Power in the international arena, by helping to ensure that religion can function as a source of real and dynamic global solutions, not as a source of problems. This article uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Research was carried out at the R20 Forum activities on 2-3 November 2022 in Nusa Dua, Bali. The research object focuses on Soft Power Indonesia in the international arena, with library data sources and descriptive analysis. The research concludes: that the R20 forum was initiated by Nahdlatul Ulama as an effort to promote mutual understanding, a culture of peace, and harmonious coexistence among diverse people in the world, religions, and nations, by ensuring the role of religion as a source of dynamic solutions, not as a problem. The agenda becomes Soft Power Indonesia in the international arena by presenting a model of religion, nation and state in harmony. In addition to aspects in the field of tourism, politics and the economy. Through this agenda, Nahdlatul Ulama has a strategic role to play in increasing Indonesia's position in the international arena. This study develops its setting and orientation by integrating religion as a solution to global problems in internal and multilateral problems. This shows the prominent role of Nahdlatul Ulama, because specific cases show a role in social community.

Abstract

This article aims to explore how recognition of early childhood education through the Independent Learning Curriculum, especially how the term play with learning can be maximized through the entrance to the Free Learning Curriculum. Research is a qualitative type with the library research method, aimed at describing an object, phenomenon in narrative writing. The data collection process utilizes library research through various sources such as laws, books, journals, newspapers, web, magazines or documents, then analyzed by content analysis. Early age is a golden period for human development, where this period is the foundation for further education. In early childhood learning must be packaged in the form of a game that is appropriate for the child's age, therefore learning situations, procurement and organization of learning facilities must be designed for learning activities while playing. The concept of Independent Learning is in line with the concept of early childhood education, namely giving freedom to children to choose the learning activities they want and fulfilling children's rights to play. This is a great opportunity for early childhood education institutions to explore learning activities that are connected to various disciplines. The implications of learning innovation research through various disciplines require further research. This study focuses on the recognition of early childhood education in the Independent Learning curriculum. This shows a great opportunity in the new curriculum, where previous research did not find this aspect.

Abstract

Being late for school, not going to class during class time, not dressing according to the applicable rules, and not wearing complete attributes are the behaviors of students that the author found at MTs Al-Ghozaly Wonosobo. The above actions are undisciplined behavior of students because discipline is an adjustment to a situation, where a person is able to move and regulate himself in all things with his own control, and must adapt to religious values ​​and norms that apply in the environment. public. Therefore, students are expected to learn discipline, and teachers always monitor the behavior of their students, to avoid disciplinary actions occurring because a teacher's job is not only to deliver learning material, but more than that, a teacher must build competence and students through the learning process and through guidance and counseling approaches. This research aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in fostering students' disciplinary attitudes. This research was carried out from April to May 2024 at MTs Al-Ghozali Wonosobo. The research uses field research with descriptive qualitative methods. Researchers use techniques and data collection, namely: 1). observation techniques, 2). interview, 3). documentation. From the data that researchers obtained, the researchers obtained results of quite good quality. Thus the researcher concluded that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in implementing guidance and counseling service activities in fostering students' disciplinary attitudes at MTs Al-Ghozaly Wonosobo, guidance and counseling teachers can be mentors, references and guidelines, controllers and controllers. Where guidance and counseling teachers always monitor the behavior of their students during school hours, so that there are no misbehavior or disciplinary actions. Guidance and counseling teachers should convey understanding to all students regarding the importance of discipline and counseling guidance services, and add guidance and counseling service activities, especially services that can foster student discipline at MTs Al-Ghozali Wonosobo.
