Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh suasana lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD negeri se-Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa, (2) pengaruh gaji terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD negeri se-Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa,dan (3) pengaruh suasana lingkungan kerja dan gaji secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD negeri se-Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa dengan total jumlah guru PNS sebanyak 111 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling, dan terpilih 48 guru sebagai sampel.Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Suasana lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa, (2) Gaji berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa, dan (3) Suasanalingkungan kerjadan gajisecara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa.Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa suasana lingkungan kerja dan gaji guru hendaknya diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan karena berkontribusi positif terhadapkinerja guru dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

This study uses the ex post facto method, namely by taking data such as learning achievement value data based on the average before receiving treatment and after receiving treatment. The population in this study were 22 students of Class XII, Computer Engineering and Networking Department of Muhammadiyah Bulukumba Vocational School. To determine the sample size in this study using non-probability techniques, namely saturated sample techniques using the entire population as a sample, namely 22 students. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, documentation and evaluation tests. The data analysis technique used is the arithmetic mean method. Thus, the arithmetic mean coefficient obtained an increase in the learning outcomes of Class XII students of the Computer and Network Engineering Department after receiving treatment, an increase of 2.69 from the original value obtained. The average learning outcomes of Class XII students majoring in Computer Engineering and Networking at Muhammadiyah Bulukumba Vocational School before treatment were 6.27 and the average achievement of Class XII students majoring in Computer Engineering and Networking at Muhammadiyah Bulukumba Vocational School after treatment was 8.96 with the field of study Computer Science.

Abstract

Abstrak This research is descriptive in nature, namely by taking data such as learning outcome value data integrated with character and personality education of students at Muhammadiyah Bulukumba Vocational School. The population in this study were 20 students of Class XI, Computer Engineering and Networking Department, Muhammadiyah Bulukumba Vocational School. To determine the sample size in this study, the sampling technique used is a non-probability technique, namely the saturated or census sampling technique. The sample size in this study is the same as the population size, namely 20 students. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation dan evaluation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are Korelasi Produkc Moment. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5% and N = 20, it turns out that the Ho rejection limit in the r table is 0.333. The calculated r value = 1.089 turns out to be > from r table = 0.333 meaning that the calculated r xy value is significant, so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between character education and the formation of the personality of students at Muhammadiyah Bulukumba Vocational School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada dan tidaknya peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X TKJ 2 SMK Negeri 1 Larantuka yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa, hal ini terbukti dari persentase ketuntasan siswa secara klasikal dari pra siklus yang hanya sebesar 68,75% meningkat menjadi 87,5% pada siklus I dan kembali meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 93,75%, sedangkan persentase hasil pengamatan keaktifan siswa pada siklus I mencapai 72% kemudian naik pada siklus II menjadi 82%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deep understanding of how principals formulate, communicate, and implement their leadership vision in school management practices, particularly in relation to teacher discipline. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving the principal, vice principal, and teachers as informants. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the principal's visionary leadership is reflected in the principal's ability to clearly and consistently explain the school's vision to all school members, exemplify it in daily leadership behavior, and develop the vision in accordance with the school's needs and challenges. This visionary leadership positively contributes to improved teacher discipline, demonstrated through adherence to school rules, punctuality in carrying out tasks, and increased professional responsibility. This study concludes that the principal's visionary leadership plays a strategic role in shaping a culture of teacher discipline in vocational high schools.
