Technology is currently developing rapidly and plays a very important role in various sectors of human life, especially information technology in the field of human resources. With the development of this technology, benefits can be felt, namely the efficiency and effectiveness of activities that are still difficult to do manually. The application of information technology has high perceived investment and benefits so there is a need for significant Information Technology management. The use of information technology by institutions has been carried out for a long time, with increasing intensity. The human resources that currently exist in the company are not in accordance with the competence, reliability and educational background that are in accordance with the job, so a step is taken in managing human resources with appropriate information technology.

In the era of everything digital as it is today, it is important and requires a website to make it easier to make correspondence so that it is recorded and explained clearly. Letters are news or information in written form. A company that needs and needs to make correspondence to be sent to other departments. There are problems that need to be discussed, namely it is difficult to record letters, check letters, make letter dispositions and store incoming and outgoing letters. The Use of Agile Development Methodology with Data Search To Design a Web Site Based Mail Management Information System. In the era of all-digital as it is today the importance and need a website to make it easier to make hotel reservations online without having to come directly. Hotel is a company that erects a building intended to provide lodging services. The Hotel has a high occupancy rate is on the edge of the highway. There are problems that need to be discussed, namely the difficulty of hotel customers to make room reservations, the difficulty of customers knowing the type and price of rooms. Customer data archiving is still manual book. The design of Hotel Booking Information System with Rapid Application Development (RAD) method based on the Website here with a view to software development is done in a gradual manner. The black box testing method here is used to test the system. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for customers to search for rooms, and booking hotel rooms online directly without having to come first to the hotel and the purpose for the owner or hotel manager is to process customer data from the beginning of reservation, check in, ordering food or breakfast to check out and can facilitate process of making reports.

This research aims to apply the Multi Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method in the process of selecting the best students in the educational environment. MABAC, as a multi-criteria decision making method, provides a systematic and objective approach to evaluating and comparing various attributes possessed by students. In this study, the criteria considered include academic, extracurricular, personality and social skills aspects. Data was collected from academic records, teacher assessments, and observations of student involvement in school activities. The MABAC method is used to calculate the relative weight of each criterion and determine a comprehensive score for each student. The research results show that the MABAC method is effective in providing a holistic and multifaceted assessment of student performance. In addition, this method also helps in identifying strengths and areas of development for each student, thereby providing valuable insight for teachers and educators in the coaching process. This research concludes that the application of MABAC can be a useful tool in the educational evaluation process, especially in determining the best students with a more objective and structured approach.

This research aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) for selecting laboratory assistants using the Weighted Product (WP) method to support more effective decision making. The WP method was chosen because it is able to handle a number of different criteria and weights in the selection process. This study will identify the relevant criteria for the selection of laboratory assistants and assign weights to each criterion based on its importance. Next, the system will implement the WP method to calculate the total score for each assistant candidate based on the predetermined criteria and weights. The research results showed that K-6 with a score of 0.1284 got the highest ranking results and was followed by second place, namely K-8 with a score of 0.1269 and in third place with K-1 with a score of 0.1251. It is hoped that research can help and contribute to increasing efficiency and accuracy in decision making regarding the selection of laboratory assistants.

Identifying and recruiting superior employees is a good challenge for every organization, including catering businesses where service quality directly influences customer satisfaction and business success. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Profile Matching approach to facilitate the selection of superior employees at Akul Catering. The Profile Matching method is used to assess the suitability between the candidate's competency profile and the competency profile required by the position to be filled. This research designs and implements an algorithm to measure the level of such matches, enabling more objective and efficient decision making. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires to determine the criteria and sub-criteria that are relevant to the positions available at Akul catering. The results of this research show that the developed system can effectively speed up the selection process by filtering out candidates who do not meet the minimum criteria and identifying candidates with the best profile match. It is hoped that this system can be integrated into the recruitment process at Catering Akul well to improve employee quality and overall improve catering performance.

This research aims to design and implement a sales information system for hijabs at Anak Kuliahan Shop using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen for its capabilities in rapid software development, allowing continuous iteration and modification based on user feedback. This study adopted a qualitative and quantitative approach, starting with needs analysis through interviews with shop owners and customer surveys to identify desired features and functions in the system. Next, a system prototype is developed and tested over several cycles, with adjustments made based on evaluations from early users. The research results show that the implementation of a RAD based sales information system at the Anak Kuliahan Store has succeeded in increasing operational efficiency, speeding up the sales transaction process, and providing accurate sales analytics for strategic decision making. This system also increases customer satisfaction through a more convenient shopping experience and personalized service. In addition, the system supports more effective inventory management, enabling Toko Anak Kuliahan to respond quickly to market demand and hijab fashion trends. This research concludes that the RAD method is an effective approach in developing sales information systems for small retail businesses such as Toko Anak Kuliahan. The use of RAD facilitates the development of systems that are responsive to business needs and customer preferences.

This research is to design and develop an information system for selling cookies at Ratih shop using the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method was chosen because of its systematic and gradual structure, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, to maintenance, enabling efficient and structured system development. Ratih shop, which operates in the field of selling pastries, faces challenges in managing its sales and product inventory. By implementing a specially designed information system, stores are expected to improve operational efficiency, accuracy of sales and inventory data, as well as increase customer satisfaction through faster and more accurate service. This system integrates various sales functions, from ordering, sales, to stock management, and provides reports that help in making strategic decisions. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a reference for similar stores that want to improve their business processes through implementing an effective sales information system.
