Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar di seluruh satuan pendidikan pada masa pandemi covid dilakukan tanpa tatap muka secara langsung, salah satunya melalui aplikasi Zoom atau Google Meet. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring menuntut pengajar untuk berinovasi mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Hasil belajar dari sistem belajar yang dilakukan secara daring memiliki potensi perbedaan pemahaman dalam penerimaan materi jika dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara luring. Hasil pembelajaran diwujudkan dalam bentuk nilai akhir. Perbedaan hasil belajar dapat disebabkan karena pada pembelajaran luring kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan dengan lebih aktif. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran daring memiliki potensi adanya pengaruh bantuan atau pendampingan belajar dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tugas belajar. Melihat hal tersebut, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui, memprediksi, dan membandingkan hasil prediksi pembelajaran daring dengan luring. Data pembelajaran luring menggunakan 1.849 sedangkan data pembelajaran daring menggunakan 2.450 data. Hasil dari perbandingan prediksi ini adalah hasil belajar pada sistem belajar daring mendapat nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sistem belajar luring.

Abstract

Registration of new students is a process that is usually carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful in screening prospective students who are selected to become students. In this research, the registration process for new students at SMA Hikmah Yapis Papua was carried out using a website. The problem of this research is how to implement the Android-based REST API application to register new students at SMA Hikmah Yapis Papua. The research methods used are interviews, observation and bibliometric research. This Android-based new student registration application was built using the Kotlin programming language and uses the Laravel framework as the API and the MySQL database as the database server. The result of this research is an Android-based REST API application for registering new students at SMA Hikmah Yapis Papua which is able to facilitate student registration and obtain information about the school.

Abstract

Losing an item is a condition where a person part with an item that previously existed to become non-existent. Yogyakarta Technology University students still often experience lost items around campus area 1. Students who experience loss usually use social media to spread information to each other, but this is still less effective because the information uploaded by students can be covered by the content or status uploaded. by other students. The impact that occurs when there is no information system is that the dissemination of information related to lost and found items is not on target so that it is more difficult for students to find their lost items again. The aim of this research is to design a system as a medium for information regarding the loss and discovery of goods in the Yogyakarta University of Technology campus 1 area. The method in this research uses the waterfall model. The results of this research are to produce an Android-based application that can make it easier for students to exchange information regarding lost and found items around the Yogyakarta University of Technology campus 1 area so that it is easier for students to find and return items to students who have lost items.

Abstract

Kota Yogyakarta dikenal sebagai kota pelajar. Dengan sebutan“Kota Pelajar” sesuai dengan banyaknya perpustakaan yang ada di Kota Yogyakarta, termasuk Perpustakaan Kota Yogyakarta[1]. Kota yogyakarta juga merupakan kota budaya. Karena banyak pelajar yang datang dari luar kota, para mahasiswa membutuhkan tempat kost yang dapat mereka tinggali saat masih berkuliah. Biasanya mahasiswa ingin kost yang terletak paling dekat dengan kampus untuk menghindari biaya transportasi yang mahal bila tidak mempunyai kendaraan sendiri. Permasalahan yang ada adalah efektifnya memberikan informasi yang komprehensif sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa. lokasi penyedia tempat kost berada di wilayah kampus 1 UTY. secara finansial. Alur sistem ini memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mencari tempat kost perempuan dan tempat kost laki-laki, menambahkan informasi data kost perempuan dan kost laki-laki, mencari kost berdasarkan nama yang dicari, dan menampilkan hasilnya ditambahkan ke daftar pensiun. Sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan alur kehidupan sekuensial linier atau klasik, sedangkan  pengujian sistem menggunakan black box dengan fokus pada fungsionalitas dan kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil  penelitian yang digunakan untuk membuat mencari dan pemesanan kost aplikasi diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam mengiklankan tempat kost di wilayah Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta dan menemukan tempat kost terdekat.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and implement text analysis of social assistance recipients data using Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods as a solution to accelerate and improve efficiency in the process of categorizing aid recipients. Based on the design and testing processes carried out, the developed system is capable of automatically processing descriptive data of aid recipients and grouping them into appropriate categories, such as the elderly, school children, pregnant women, the disabled, and minors. The research design uses System Development Research. The results of the NLP system implementation in the case study of categorizing social assistance recipients in Girisubo District show a significant improvement in operational efficiency and classification accuracy. Quantitatively, the trained NLP model successfully achieved high performance metrics. The average classification accuracy exceeds 90%, with data clustering computation time much faster compared to the manual process that takes hours. The main conclusion of this study indicates that the implementation of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Girisubo District is effective in classifying categories of aid recipients. The model shows the strongest performance in the Pregnant Women group (95% Accuracy) and Persons with Disabilities (97% Accuracy) with perfect Precision of 100%. The performance for the Elderly and School Children is also very good (minimum 89% Accuracy). Overall, the system has proven reliable and is capable of automatically grouping descriptive data into the appropriate categories.

Abstract

Workshop on processing student grades data using Microsoft Excel is a training activity that aims to introduce the use of Microsoft Excel in managing and analyzing student grades data effectively. This workshop is aimed at teachers at SD Negeri Jumeneng with the aim of increasing their understanding of using Excel as a tool for processing data. In this workshop, the participants will be given an explanation regarding the use of Excel in processing student grade data. The material includes an introduction to relevant basic Excel formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, MAX, MIN, IF, and others. In addition, participants will also be given guidance on graphing student grade data using Excel. This workshop was carried out through a practical approach by providing training to participants to apply Excel formulas and functions in processing student value data. It is hoped that this workshop will provide significant benefits for teachers at SD Negeri Jumeneng in managing and analyzing student grade data more efficiently using Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology offers various benefits for teaching staff, which can improve the quality of teaching and the efficiency of the educational process. Artificial intelligence technology makes it very easy for teachers to prepare materials, learning methods and case studies that are relevant to the subjects taught by the teacher. An obstacle that often occurs and is faced by teachers is when teachers prepare material and deliver material using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, so it is felt necessary to hold training on the use of artificial intelligence technology, especially for teaching teachers. Through mentoring to increase teacher competency, it is hoped that teachers can be more creative and more innovative in preparing and delivering material to students. Teachers are also expected to be able to provide examples that are appropriate to the subjects taught and adapt to the current age development of students. Learning by utilizing AI technology is also expected to be able to reduce students' dependence on social media or online games which are often played by students, apart from that students are also required to read more to increase their insight in the teaching and learning process

Abstract

ALM Mart is a minimarket that still relies on manual transaction recording using cash books and calculators. Which often causes calculation errors, inaccurate stock data, and difficulties in generating sales reports. This research aims to develop an integrated sales system consisting of a web application for cashiers and administrators, as well as a mobile application for customers who want to order products online with a pickup at-store model. Development was carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which enables rapid prototyping and involves users at every stage. The system was successfully built within 8 weeks with complete features including digital cashier, automatic stock management, online ordering, Digital payment, and sales reporting. Black-box testing conducted with the store owner and customers showed that the system functions as expected and reduces transaction time by up to 60% compared to the previous manual method.

Abstract

Industri kreatif digital mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat seiring meningkatnya permintaan terhadap produk desain di berbagai marketplace daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola tematik dari kumpulan nama produk template desain guna memahami kecenderungan pasar dan tren desain yang diminati. Penelitian ini menggunakan Peterdraw Studio sebagai Studi Kasus, yakni studio desain yang aktif menjual berbagai produk template di beberapa marketplace digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah BERTopic, yang mengombinasikan embedding transformer BERT untuk representasi semantik, reduksi dimensi menggunakan Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP), pengelompokan menggunakan Hierarchical Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (HDBSCAN), serta ekstraksi kata kunci topik melalui class-based TF-IDF dan KeyBERT. Data penelitian diperoleh dari empat marketplace digital, yaitu Creative Market, Framer, Envato Market, dan Envato Elements dengan total 3.217 entri nama produk. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa setiap marketplace memiliki topik dominan yang berbeda, mencerminkan variasi kebutuhan pengguna seperti tema branding, presentation, dan UI/UX design. Evaluasi model menghasilkan nilai topic coherence tertinggi sebesar 0.86 dan topic diversity tertinggi sebesar 0.98, menandakan bahwa BERTopic mampu mengidentifikasi topik yang kohesif, beragam, serta relevan untuk menganalisis tren desain pada Peterdraw Studio.

Abstract

Pengelolaan toko buku secara digital sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan, terutama dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android yang dapat membantu manajemen stok dan transaksi penjualan dengan fitur pemindaian barcode menggunakan teknologi Google ML Kit. Fitur utama dari aplikasi ini adalah kemampuan untuk memindai barcode secara real-time, yang mempercepat proses pengelolaan stok dan memungkinkan pengidentifikasian buku secara otomatis tanpa proses manual yang memakan waktu. Metode pengembangan mencakup pembuatan perangkat lunak menggunakan Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin dan integrasi basis data MySQL untuk penyimpanan informasi stok dan transaksi. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan fitur laporan penjualan yang bisa diakses secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi waktu dalam pencatatan transaksi serta pengelolaan stok secara keseluruhan. Dengan aplikasi ini, diharapkan pemilik toko buku dapat mengoptimalkan operasional toko, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih responsif kepada pelanggan.
