Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan diduga mempengaruhi kadar albumin pada ikan Gabus, dimana kandungan albumin ini sangat baik untuk menjaga kesehatan karena mengandung asam lemak esensial, mineral zink, dan kolagen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Mengetahui bagaimana hubungan habitat dan ukuran ikan mempengaruhi konsentrasi kandungan albumen ikan Gabus (Channa striata). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan melakukan tahapan penentuan stasiun pada hulu tengah dan hilir pada rawa dan sungai, pengambilan data dengan kuisener kepada beberapa stake holder yg berkaitan langsung dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ikan gabus lebih banyak didapatkan ukuran kecil pada hulu sungai dan berat yang lebih besar pada rawa bagian hilir dan. kandungan albumin ikan gabus dari rawa (84.151 mg/g) lebih tinggi daripada ikan gabus dari sungai (47.192 mg/g), dominan ditemukan pada kedalaman 177,7 cm (rawa) dan 53,7 cm (sungai) dengan tekstur dasar perairan lumpur yang ditumbuhi tanaman air eceng dipermukaanya. Environmental conditions are thought to affect albumin levels in snakehead fish. The albumin content is very good for maintaining health because it contains essential fatty acids, zinc minerals, and collagen. This study aims to determine how the relationship between habitat and fish size affects the concentration of albumen content of Snakehead (Channa striata). This type of quantitative research uses explanatory research methods by carrying out the stages of determining stations in the upstream and downstream areas in swamps and rivers, collecting data using questionnaires to several stakeholders who are directly related and data analysis. The results showed that more snakehead fish were found in small sizes upstream and more significant in weight in the swamps and downstream. The albumin content of snakehead fish from swamps (84,151 mg/g) was higher than that of snakehead fish from rivers (47,192 mg/g), dominantly found at a depth of 177.7 cm (swamp) and 53.7 cm (river) with a bottom texture of mud, which is overgrown with water plants on its surface

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jenis substrat berbeda terhadap laju pertumbuhan, kandungan agar, dan serapan karbon rumput laut Gracilaria verrucosa di tambak. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan substrat yaitu pasir (100%), lumpur (100%), dan campuran pasir-lumpur (50:50), masing-masing dengan tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diukur mencakup pertumbuhan mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, kandungan agar, dan serapan karbon. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan substrat pasir-lumpur memberikan pertumbuhan tertinggi sebesar 108 g dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik sebesar 2,83% per hari. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antar perlakuan terhadap kandungan agar dan serapan karbon (P > 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa substrat campuran lebih efektif meningkatkan pertumbuhan biomassa, tetapi tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi kualitas biokimia. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar penting dalam pengelolaan substrat budidaya rumput laut untuk efisiensi produksi dan kontribusi lingkungan melalui penyerapan karbon. This research aims to analyze the effect of different substrate types on the growth rate, agar content, and carbon uptake of Gracilaria verrucosa seaweed in ponds. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with three substrate treatments, namely sand (100%), mud (100%), and a sand-mud mixture (50:50), each with three replicates. The parameters measured included absolute growth, specific growth rate, agar content, and carbon uptake. The results indicated that the sand-mud substrate treatment provided the highest growth of 108 g and a specific growth rate of 2.83% per day. However, there were no significant differences between treatments in agar content and carbon uptake (P > 0.05). These findings indicate that mixed substrates are more effective in increasing biomass growth but do not significantly affect biochemical quality. This study provides an important basis for the management of seaweed cultivation substrates for production efficiency and environmental contribution through carbon sequestration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas tambak, jumlah benih, pakan, tenaga kerja, dan pupuk terhadap produksi tambak ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos) di Desa Manakku, Kecamatan Labakkang, Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei terhadap 75 petani tambak yang dipilih secara acak dari 302 populasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda Cobb-Douglas, uji efisiensi alokasi faktor produksi, dan analisis optimalisasi input. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima variabel input secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi (F-hitung 13,917 > F-tabel 1,99; R² = 0,815). Secara parsial, benih, pupuk, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata, sedangkan luas tambak dan pakan tidak signifikan. Produksi rata-rata 148,4 kg/ha/musim belum optimal, dan peningkatan input benih menjadi 1.809,11 kg/ha, pakan 5,535 kg/ha, tenaga kerja 62,96 orang, serta luas tambak 22,17 ha dapat meningkatkan produksi menuju kapasitas optimal. This research aims to analyze the effect of pond area, number of seeds, feed, labor, and fertilizer on milkfish (Chanos chanos) pond production in Manakku Village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. The research method used a survey of 75 pond farmers randomly selected from a population of 302. The data were analyzed using the Cobb-Douglas multiple linear regression model, the efficiency test for allocating production factors, and the input optimization analysis. The results showed that all five input variables simultaneously had a significant effect on production (F-count 13.917 > F-table 1.99; R² = 0.815). Partially, seeds, fertilizer, and labor had a significant effect, while the pond area and feed were not. The average production of 148.4 kg/ha/season is not yet optimal, and increasing seed input to 1,809.11 kg/ha, feed to 5.535 kg/ha, labor to 62.96 people, and pond area to 22.17 ha can increase production toward optimal capacity.
