Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the problems in the financial performance of companies using profitability ratios. And aims to determine the effect of income on return on assets. Where this research took place at the Tunas Artha Mandiri cooperative, Garut Branch. The method used is quantitative descriptive research. The source of the data obtained is secondary from the 2017-2021 income statement and balance sheet for the company. By measuring using a measuring tool analysis of the correlation coefficient and test of determination. In data analysis using correlation coefficient test and determination. Where the results of the study were obtained for the correlation test with a result of 0.789 which of the results indicated that income had a strong influence on return on assets. Meanwhile, from the test of the coefficient of determination with the result of 0.63 or 63% which of these results is that income has a partial effect on the return on assets of 63% and the rest is from other factors. Thus that income affects the return on assets.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menyebabkan hubungan dunia menjadi tanpa batas dan menyebabkan perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya secara signifikan berlangsung demikian cepat. Dengan semakin terbukanya akses informasi digital yang tanpa batas, menjadikan resiko-resiko akan timbulnya permasalahan baru pun semakin besar. Semakin banyak berita palsu yang sering disebut dengan hoax banyak tersebar di masyarakat terutama di dalam penggunaan media sosial. Saat ini, berita bohong (hoax) menjadi fokus perhatian banyak kalangan. Banjir informasi menyulitkan khalayak untuk menentukan informasi yang benar dengan informasi palsu. Lebih jauh lagi, informasi palsu ini menjadi bagian dari konflik sehingga masing-masing mengklaim informasi yang disampaikan oleh kelompoknya adalah yang benar sedangkan lawannya menyampaikan informasi palsu. Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah khususnya untuk siswa – siswi Pondok Pesantren Al -Qur’aniyyah. Untuk mengoptimalkan kesadaran dan kebiasaan di dalam melakukan aktifitas dengan menggunaan layanan Internet yang perlu dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai etika sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di indonesia khususnya Undang Undang ITE. Selain itu melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan seluruh jamaah yang menjadi peserta dapat mengantisipasi kejahatan-kejahatan yang ada di dunia maya khususnya kejahatan berita bohong atau hoax. Pelaksanaan PKM ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan hasil meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa – siswi pondok pesantren Al -Qur’aniyyah, untuk memahami berita yang bersifat Hoax. Dengan diadakannya sosialisasi seperti ini siswa – siswi pondok pesantren Al -Qur’aniyyah semakin  memahami berita yang bersifat Hoax, serta memahami resiko yang terjadi pada kegiatan di media sosial apabila melakukan hal – hal yang melanggar sesuai dengan UU ITE yang berlaku.

Abstract

Performance is very important in companies and management, there are many factors that affect employee performance. This study entitled "the influence of the work environment and work ability on performance". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work ability on employee performance The research method uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative method approach, the research population is CV employees. Azizah's bias, totaling 35 people, was sampled using the non-probability sampling technique of saturated samples. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, Pearson product moment correlation test and coefficient of determination test. The data obtained was processed using the SPSS software program version 23. The results of partial simple correlation testing work environment and work ability affect employee performance with correlation coefficient values ​​of 0.377 and 0.594 respectively. Simultaneous multiple correlation testing of work environment and work ability variables has a positive effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.595 ''medium'' in the interval 0.40-0.599. This confirms that the work environment and work ability simultaneously can be used as an effort to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the days with the highest number of customers at Spring Clothing Store using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research is motivated by the difficulties faced by the store owner in predicting peak customer days due to the large number of criteria that must be considered in the decision-making process. The existing manual and subjective approach, which relies heavily on intuition, often leads to inaccurate decisions, resulting in suboptimal stock management, reduced customer satisfaction, and potential financial losses. The SAW method is applied to provide a more structured, objective, and accurate approach by ranking alternative days based on predefined criteria. The research methodology includes data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies, followed by system design and implementation using web-based programming with PHP and a MySQL database. The results indicate that the SAW-based DSS effectively assists the store owner in identifying high-traffic customer days, enabling better stock preparation and minimizing the risk of losses. This study contributes to the practical application of multi-criteria decision-making methods in small retail business management and may serve as a reference for similar implementations.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) to determine the busiest shopping days at Toko Baju Spring using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The background of this research is the difficulty faced by store owners in predicting busy days due to the many criteria and supplier alternatives considered. The manual selection process, which is still subjective and based on estimates, often leads to errors in decision-making, affecting stock availability, customer satisfaction, and store profitability. The SAW method is applied to provide a more systematic, objective, and accurate approach in ranking days based on predetermined criteria. The research stages include data collection through observation, literature study, and interviews, followed by system design and implementation using web programming (PHP) and MySQL database. The results show that the SAW-based DSS can effectively assist store owners in identifying the busiest days, thereby optimizing stock preparation and minimizing the risk of loss. This study contributes to the practical application of multi-criteria decision-making methods in small retail business management and provides a reference for similar implementations
