Abstract

The Implementation of Making a Free Energy Water Pump to Improve the Availability of Water Needs on Agricultural Land for the Community of Manarwi Bangil Pasuruan Village Bangil is one of the sub-districts in Pasuruan, which is also the district capital. Geographically, the location of Bangil District is the northernmost area in Pasuruan Regency. The utilization of agricultural land in Bangil is not only used for planting rice, but types of plants and freshwater fish can be an alternative for land use in the Bangil area. According to the Statistics Agency, in 2021, rice production will decrease by 0.43%. The decline in agricultural production, especially in the Bangil area of ??the Manarwi sub-district, occurred due to the lack of equal distribution of water availability and reliance only on water availability in the rainy season. For this reason, so that water distribution is fulfilled correctly, it is necessary to have an alternative tool as a distributor of the availability of water needs. Renewable energy-based water pumps can be an alternative to overcome this. With the concept of a water pump that is environmentally friendly, easy to make and apply, and does not require fuel or electronic equipment, it is a new alternative. It provides the advantage of reducing expenses, is classified as a cheap tool, and can be used for a long time. This prompted the PKM team to give directions and manufacture water pumps based on free energy for the people in the Manarwi area. Community components are invited to be involved in the manufacture and use of this free energy-based water pump, including village-level government and the community in the Manarwi area. The stages of training and making this free energy pump include knowledge, explaining the working principles, making free energy water pumps, and explaining and applying free energy water pumps in agriculture. The success of this training is evaluated both in its implementation and results. The evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire from the training participants' responses to the performance of the training activities. The results of the response questionnaire are as follows: regarding the need for this PKM activity by, 85%, insight into the working system of the water pump 85%, insight into the principle of gravitational force in the water pump system 82.5%, discussion activities 80%, tool making 90%, and the need for tool development 92.5%.

Abstract

The subject of electromagnetic fields is widespread today, including in the medical world. One of them is therapy in fracture healing using the Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) method by utilizing a magnetic field. Fracture healing using the magnetic field method utilizes the Helmholtz coil, which is influenced by the current and the amount of turns flowing in the magnetic field. This study conducted a literature study on fracture healing using the PEMF and the LMHFV methods. A comparison of these two methods will show different healing effects. From the studies, we can conclude which way has the most advantage in healing. A faster rehabilitation process will have an impact on reducing implant failure. In contrast, Applying the LMHFV method to bone fractures gives more significant and faster results in bone formation in the damaged part, and the healing process is owned faster. From these two methods, it can be concluded that the LMHFV method provides a similar healing effect than the PEMF method. Applying the LMHFV and PEMF method to bone fractures gives more significant and faster results in bone formation in the damaged part. In addition, the healing process is owned faster.

Abstract

The increasing volume of household waste in densely populated residential areas is a major challenge for urban environmental management. Limited waste management systems and low household-level waste-sorting practices lead to the accumulation of organic waste, which could cause environmental pollution. Therefore, a sustainable waste management strategy based on community participation is needed. This community service program aims to implement and evaluate a zero-waste strategy by empowering the PKK Ecomitra group in Wage Village, Sidoarjo, through the use of appropriate technologies, including a Dekomposer Dua Sisi (Dedisi) and biopore holes, for processing household organic waste. The program was implemented using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach that actively involved partners in planning, socialization, training, technology application, and evaluation. Evaluation was conducted through pretest and posttest methods on 15 indicators of participant knowledge and attitudes. The results showed a significant increase in understanding of the fermentation process, waste sorting skills, awareness of the zero-waste concept, and the use of biopore holes. The overall program achievement rate exceeded 80 percent of the set target. These results indicate that a zero-waste strategy based on collective community decisions and the application of simple technologies is effective in increasing household waste management capacity and behavior, and in supporting the achievement of SDGs 12 and 13.

Abstract

Abstract  Polyaniline (PANI) is one of the most widely studied conducting polymer for pH sensing applications due to its conductivity, which depends on the concentration of hydrogen ions (H⁺) in its environment. Although its applications continue to expand in environmental monitoring, biomedical systems, and flexible technologies, no comprehensive bibliometric study has yet mapped its global scientific relevance and research trajectory. This study aims to address: (1) how citation trends of studies on polyaniline-based pH sensors have evolved and which articles have been the most influential in the field, (2) whether research on Polyaniline (PANI) as a pH sensor remains a relevant topic for future academic investigation, and (3) how current research efforts on PANI-based pH sensors are distributed in terms of author collaboration networks and keyword-based topic mapping. The analysis was conducted using the Dimensions database, applying the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach and visual mapping through VOSviewer. Results reveal a significant increase in PANI-based pH sensor research during 2016–2019, followed by fluctuations up to 2025. Although publication output declined after 2019, citation trends continued to rise, indicating the sustained academic relevance of this topic. Collaboration network mapping identified major research clusters in Asia and Europe, with thematic shifts from optical sensors toward nanocomposite integration and IoT-based systems. These findings confirm that despite the decline in publication rate, this topic remains strategically positioned within functional material research. Future directions are expected to focus on improving sensitivity, long-term stability, and integration with wireless and smart technologies to support sustainable environmental and biomedical monitoring systems.
