Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of quality planning on service quality at PT. Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia and also to find out how much effect that the quality planning has on service quality at PT. Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia. This study used quantitative method with the population of the customers at PT. Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia. The sample in this study was 60 customers by using the Random Sampling method, then the data was processed by SPSS statistical analysis. The independent variable in this study was planning, and the dependent variable in this study was service quality. The results showed that Quality Planning had an effect on the Logistics Service Quality at PT. Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia. It was evidenced by the assessment using a simple linear regression test which showed a constant value of 8.541. It means that if the variable X (Planning) was equal to zero, then the variable Y (Service Quality) was -8.541 and it was also known that the planning regression coefficient (X) was 1.546 which was positive. These results showed that every time there was an increase or decrease in Planning (X) by one unit, it was followed by an increase or decrease in customer satisfaction (Y) by 1.546 units. With the results of the t-test performed at t-value > t-table or (10.535 > 1.9) and the results of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.810 with a scale of > 0.75-0.99 then obtained a value (R Square) of 65.7%, and the results of the Coefficient of Determination with a total R2 of 0.657 or 65.7%. So it can be concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means the planning variable (X) had a significant effect on the service quality variable (Y).

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. SiCepat Express South Bekasi branch. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 40 employees of PT SiCepat Express, South Bekasi branch. The method used in this study was a quantitative method with the type of research method correlational. According to Arikunto, (2014: 247- 248), correlational studies are research that is intended to determine whether there is a relationship between two or several variables. This study used quantitative methods with data analysis techniques of multiple linear regression analysis because the independent variables used were more than one. The variables in this study included Compensation (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) as the independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data and analysis of this study were processed using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be interpreted that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SiCepat Express, South Bekasi Branch. This is evidenced by the percentage of the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance as obtained from the results of the correlation coefficient test by 83.3%. The variable compensation and work motivation explained the variations in employee performance by 67.7% and the rest was explained by factors or other variables outside of the model.

Abstract

Alamendah Village is a tourist village located in Bandung Regency, West Java. Alamendah or Dawala Village, has very high tourism potential and is famous for its natural beauty which is still cool and beautiful. Apart from that, Dawala is an agronomic or agriculture-based village. With this potential, Dawala can develop tourist villages to improve the welfare of village communities, so that they have a competitive edge. One strategy that can be used to increase the competitiveness of the tourism industry is to improve the quality of services, including mapping tourist routes in Dawala. Based on discussions and agreements with the partner of this activity (Dawala), assistance activities were carried out to create a tourist route map divided into several stages. These stages consist of: initial observations and surveys as well as FGDs, then discussion of implementation techniques, socialization and assistance in making tourist route maps, making tourist route maps, and soft launching. The implementation of mentoring activities was agreed to last for 1 year, namely in 2023. As a result, with the existence of a tourist map, it makes it easier for tourists to visit tourist attractions in Dawala and can motivate people in Dawala to participate more in the tourism potential in their village so that it is hoped that it can provide increasing the standard of living of its people.
