Abstract

The goals and ideals of the Indonesian nation are to realize the lives of citizens who have the nation's intellectuals listed in the 1945 Constitution, the government and citizens jointly solve educational problems so that a nation that is strong, independent and ready to face the world of globalization is formed. The world of education is currently experiencing the problem of fading the character of students, this can be observed especially in today's young generation. This article aims to find out the form of implementing Islamic-based character education at MTs Raudhatul Akmal and find out what factors cause obstacles in efforts to implement forms of Islamic-based character education at MTs Raudhatul Akmal. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was observation, interviews and documentation by observing directly in the field. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be found that the form of implementing Islamic-based character education is in camping and MABIT (Faith Development Night and TaQwa) and extracurricular activities and through positive habituation activities to read the Koran and pray dhuha in congregation as well as exemplary behavior. The inhibiting factors/obstacles for schools in implementing character education at MTs Raudhatul Akmal are facilities and infrastructure, students and teacher potential.

Abstract

This study aims to show how a non-profit entity or non-profit organization such as a foundation in preparing financial statements. The foundation's financial statements are prepared in accordance with ISAK (Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards) No. 35 where non-profit organizations must also prepare financial statements and report to users of financial statements. Based on ISAK 35 financial statements, it is necessary to prepare Statements of Financial Position, Statements of Comprehensive Income, Statements of Changes in Net Assets and Statements of Cash Flows by adjusting account naming according to ISAK 35. For the preparation of these financial statements, the help of Microsoft Excel is used. With this Excel program, the preparation of financial reports will be faster and more efficient, and the form of recording and reports can be made according to the needs of the entity.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia yang baik penting dimiliki oleh setiap organisasi agar pekerjaan yang telah di rencanakan bisa terpenuhi atau tercapai dengan baik. Kualitas sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi yang selalu berorientasi pada jasa pelayanan yang berkualitas sebagai usaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan perangkat desa leu kabupaten bima. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 41 orang dengan menggunakan tekhnik pengambilan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai di kantor desa leu dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pelayanan perangkat desa Leu Kabupaten Bima.
