The government through BUMDES plays a major role in development, especially as the main investor. Likewise, LMDH as the manager has played the most dominant role in developing the potential of Wayang Crater Educational Tourism. The media has been involved in the development but has not been maximized and must be improved so that the promotion can be conveyed to the public in detail. The implication in this research is that in the future the academy can play a role in the development of Wayang Crater Educational Tourism because the academics as researchers and study experts are to make Wayang Crater tourism more competitive.

Abstract

Namun, internalisasi dan konsolidasi matang RRC sejak dekade 1970-an nyatanya pelan-pelan mematahkan asumsi AS sebagai adidaya tunggal. Perlahan bahkan China menggeser AS sebagai poros utama ekonomi dunia seiring dinamika politik internal AS yang kurang begitu stabil selama beberapa dasawarsa terakhir. After the end of the cold war and the collapse of the Soviet Union, the United States as the sole remaining power was predicted to be the only power that dominated global political and economic power for decades afterwards. However, the internalization and consolidation of the PRC since the 1970s in fact slowly broke the assumption of the US as the sole superpower. Slowly, China has even shifted the US as the main axis of the world economy as the US internal political dynamics have been less stable over the past few decades. The two countries have even on several occasions openly shown tensions due to diplomatic friction and the struggle for hegemony in conflict areas. One hotspot that has also become an arena for the two countries to fight is the South China Sea claim. The South China Sea has become a strategic "commodity" because it holds large mineral reserves and abundant marine resources so many territorial Indonesia as one of the regions that are the Choke Point of two large oceans, namely the Indian and Pacific, is also one of the countries affected by the heating up of tensions between the two countries. At the end, proxy war becomes the most impactful implication in all aspects if the conflict between the two major countries continues to extend over the next few years.

Abstract

The diversity of society which makes Indonesia rich in differences is an important basis for being democratic. This is a strong basis for gender equality in holding control of government, therefore women have rights in the political realm, as this is mandated by Law Number 7 of 2017 article 173 paragraph (2) concerning political parties. This research aims to analyze and determine the implementation of the Bandung Regency General Election Commission (KPU) strategy regarding increasing women's participation in political contestation in the 2024 elections. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a narrative approach, and data was collected through in-depth interviews with several members. Bandung Regency commissioner and female legislative candidate nominated by a political party. The research results show that the implementation of the Bandung Regency General Election Commission (KPU) strategy regarding increasing women's participation in political contestation in the 2024 election is considered less than optimal. So far what the Bandung Regency KPU has carried out is only supervision. The Bandung Regency KPU is hampered in implementing the program due to a lack of human resources and the budget spent is less effective and efficient. However, in carrying out the Regency KPU procedures, it is in accordance with PKPU regulations Number 10 of 2023 concerning Nomination of Members of the DPR, Provincial DPRD, Regency/City DPRD.

Abstract

The Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) in several regions in principle has significant differences with national achievements in terms of increasing electability. Although the national achievement stagnated at 7-8%, in Bandung Regency, PKS succeeded in disrupting the dominance of the Golongan Karya (Golkar) party, which for almost 20 years controlled Bandung Regency in both the executive and legislative realms. This is based on the fact that in 2019, PKS took second place in the legislative vote. This research uses Peter Schroder's political marketing strategy theory with two variables, namely offensive strategies (market expansion strategies and market penetration strategies) and defensive strategies (market defense strategies and market closing strategies). This research is also dissected with a qualitative approach, where data analysis is operated with a mixed method between unstructured interviews with PKS leaders in Bandung Regency and the use of secondary data collected from mass media and PKS official social media. The results showed that PKS was able to move to the second position of the legislative election vote because it managed to take advantage of several strategic moments ranging from the 212 Islamic Defense Action in the national realm to populist program campaigns such as lifetime driving licenses and tax-free motor vehicles and was agile in positioning itself to respond to the internal conflict of the Golkar party in Bandung Regency by then carrying Golkar cadres who left the party.
