Abstract

This research is to examine the literatures that can reveal the factors relating to the authority of BP Batam which is not effective in Rempang and Galang Island based on Law No. 44 of 2007 and the issuance of Government Regulation No. 46 Year 2007 on Free Trade and Free Port Island Batam. Based on various facts and data obtained, the researcher concludes that there is no obstacle relating to the implementation of the authority of BP Batam to immediately carry out its obligations in managing HPL in Rempang and Galang Island after the issuance of the certificate of HPL by the Land Agency (BPN). Penelitian  ini  berupaya menelaah literatur-literatur yang bisa mengungkapkan factor-faktor yang menyebabkan kewenangan BP Batam belum berjalan secara efektif di Pulau Rempang dan Pulau Galang sesuai, UU Nomor 44 Tahun 2007 dan diterbitkannya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2007 tentang Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas Pulau Batam. Dari berbagai sumber literature dan juga fakta dan data yang diperoleh penulis berkeyakinan bahwa sebenarnya untuk saat ini sudah tidak ada kendala yang prinsipiil terkait dengan implementasi kewenangan BP Batam untuk segera menjalankan kewajibannya dalam mengelola HPL di Pulau Rempang dan Pulau Galang  setelah diterbitkannya sertifikat HPL oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN).

Abstract

Sex crimes against children in Indonesia have repeatedly continued to occur. Moreover, it has experienced an increase in both quantity and quality. To prevent this, a model for the prevention of sex crimes against children in Indonesia is required. The purpose of this study was to look for a model of prevention of sex crimes against children in Indonesia through sex education (reproductive health). The study used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The study was conducted in 6 (six) provinces in Indonesia, namely East Java, West Java, Jakarta, Ambon, Aceh, and West Kalimantan. The results obtained from this study showed that sex crimes against children in Indonesia occur due to various factors, namely: lack of knowledge about sexuality, the lack of faith, technological development, economic, internet, pornography, individualist and permissive culture, and the family issues of the perpetrators. The result of this study found a model for the prevention of sex crimes against children in Indonesia based on sex education (reproductive health). Nevertheless, this study recommends that the implementation of a model of prevention of sex crimes against children in Indonesia through sex education (reproductive health) will work if there is a synergy between stakeholders, the state (government), schools, and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of social capital in managing BUMDes Sejahtera in Ponokawan Village, Krian Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. The study employs a qualitative research method. Data collection is conducted through interviews with various relevant parties, such as managers and administrators of BUMDes Sejahtera, the local government of Ponokawan Village, partners of BUMDes Sejahtera, visitors to BUMDes, and several community leaders in Ponokawan Village. The study reveals that trust, social norms, and social networks play a vital role in the development of BUMDes Sejahtera in Ponokawan Village. High levels of trust between the government and the community foster positive social relationships. The community's shared norms serve as the foundation for BUMDes development. Social networks facilitate cooperation and coordination in managing shared resources, stimulating economic growth.AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana peran modal sosial dalam pengelolaan BUMDes Sejahtera di Desa Ponokawan Kecamatan Krian Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan berbagai pihak terkait, seperti manajer dan pengurus BUMDes Sejahtera, pihak pemerintahan Desa Ponokawan, mitra BUMDes Sejahtera, pengunjung BUMDes, dan beberapa tokoh masyarakat Desa Ponokawan. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, norma sosial, dan jaringan sosial penting memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan BUMDes Sejahtera di Desa Ponokawan. Kepercayaan yang tinggi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat menciptakan hubungan sosial yang baik. Norma kebersamaan masyarakat menjadi dasar pengembangan BUMDes. Jaringan sosial memudahkan kerja sama dan koordinasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya bersama, merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi.
