Abstract

By looking at the problems of family life that occur, Surabaya City still lacks quality families. The Decree of the Director General of Islamic Guidance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 379 of 2018 concerning Implementation Guidelines for Marriage Guidance for Prospective Brides was made to overcome existing problems. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Bimwin Catin program to create quality families in Sukolilo District. The research uses a qualitative approach method. The results showed that the implementation of Bimwin Catin has been carried out well in the KUA of Sukolilo Subdistrict as an effort to realize Quality Families by involving three agencies, namely DP3APPKB, the Health Office, and the Ministry of Religion. The implementation of Bimwin Catin in Sukolilo Sub-district still has obstacles regarding the budget and the lack of interest of catin couples to participate in programs like this because they feel they do not need and are not important. Funding providers should be able to provide funds in accordance with the needs of program implementation and make it mandatory for prospective brides to participate in Bimwin Catin so that they are ready for family life.

Abstract

The sedekah bumi tradition held by the people of Kelurahan Made is a tradition handed down from their ancestors which is still being preserved to this day. Earth almsgiving means giving alms to the earth, which is a form of human gratitude for gifts from the Almighty. The aim of this research is to describe the socio-cultural values in the implementation of the earth alms tradition in Kelurahan Made so that the community continues. The benefit of this research for the community is to increase insight into the importance of preserving traditions passed down from generation to generation so that the community can maintain tolerance between religious groups, tribes and nations. , so that the earth alms tradition can be implemented in the midst of the modernization era without eliminating the characteristics, values and philosophy of the earth alms tradition. This study used descriptive qualitative method. With the aim of producing descriptive data in the form of written sentences, this research contains a description or describes a situation in the problem that has been formulated. The socio-cultural values contained in this earth charity tradition are religious, artistic, mutual cooperation and ecological values. To maintain the unique characteristics of the Kelurahan Made community, it is appropriate to preserve the earth alms tradition forever, even in the midst of changing times. It is intended that traditions that have been passed down through generations can continue to exist and become a cultural identity that will forever be attached to the people of Kelurahan Made.

Abstract

Desa Bejijong, Kecamatan Trowulan, Kabupaten Mojokerto merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi peternakan yang cukup besar. Namun, produktivitas ternak di desa tersebut masih belum optimal. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah penggunaan pakan ternak yang kurang efisien. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ternak di Desa Bejijong melalui sosialisasi penggunaan alat pencacah rumput dan sosialisasi pencegahan penyakit mulut dan kuku (PMK). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah memberikan hasil yang positif. Para peternak di Desa Bejijong telah mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru tentang penggunaan alat pencacah rumput dan pencegahan PMK. Dengan menggunakan alat pencacah rumput, para peternak dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam menyiapkan pakan ternak. Selain itu, dengan mengetahui cara pencegahan PMK, para peternak dapat mencegah penyebaran penyakit tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, direkomendasikan agar pemerintah desa dan instansi terkait dapat memberikan bantuan alat pencacah rumput kepada para peternak di Desa Bejijong. Selain itu, direkomendasikan agar pemerintah desa dan instansi terkait dapat memberikan pelatihan dan sosialisasi pencegahan PMK secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article examines the current landscape of research on electric vehicle (EV) policy, emphasizing the critical yet underexplored role of political economy. While existing studies predominantly focus on infrastructure development, sustainability, and subsidy policies, there is a notable lack of attention to the political dynamics and economic influences that shape EV initiatives. This study investigates the implications of EV policies through a bibliometric analysis, utilizing tools such as VOSviewer to map and analyze academic literature on the topic. It provides a comprehensive overview of key themes, including highly cited research, author contributions, country-level outputs, institutional engagement, and network analyses such as co-citation, bibliographic coupling, and keyword co-occurrence. The study also highlights the countries that have significantly contributed to the field. Findings reveal that integrating political economy perspectives is essential for developing comprehensive and equitable EV policies that address the diverse needs of stakeholders. Ultimately, this article calls for a more holistic approach to EV research, advocating a deeper exploration of the interplay between political and economic forces to enhance the effectiveness and inclusivity of electric mobility initiatives. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on EV policy frameworks by offering insights into the complex dynamics of political economy, thereby informing policymakers and researchers seeking to navigate the challenges of sustainable mobility transitions.

Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism development in urban coastal areas faces complex challenges, including pressures from urbanization and the need for sustainable local economic growth. This study aims to develop a Local Economic Development (LED)-based model for Mangrove Ecotourism in Gunung Anyar Tambak, Surabaya, by applying Blakely's four LED dimensions: locality development, business and economic base development, human resource development, and community economic development. A qualitative descriptive approach was used through field observations, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, and secondary data analysis, including spatial planning and local development policies. The findings indicate that Gunung Anyar Tambak has strong local characteristics as an urban coastal mangrove ecosystem that provides ecological protection while offering economic potential, but remains vulnerable to urbanization, tidal flooding, and coastal erosion. This study reveals that mangrove ecotourism has generated diverse local economic activities, including tourism services, small businesses, and processed mangrove-based products. However, these remain fragmented and poorly institutionalized. Human resource development and community participation have been initiated through conservation and environmental education programs. Still, their sustainability is constrained by limited capacity-building mechanisms and reliance on government support and corporate social responsibility. This study proposes an integrated LED-based ecotourism model that emphasizes ecological spatial planning, inclusive local business policies, sustainable investment in green human capital, and the strengthening of community economic institutions. The proposed model contributes to the literature by offering a policy-oriented framework for sustainable mangrove ecotourism in an urban coastal context.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomianIndonesia karena jumlahnya yang besar dan kontribusinya terhadap PDB serta penyerapantenaga kerja. Meski demikian, UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan sepertiketerbatasan modal, rendahnya literasi keuangan, minimnya legalitas usaha, serta rendahnyakemampuan digital. Pemerintah Kabupaten Tuban telah menjalankan berbagai program sepertipelatihan manajerial, pelatihan digital, serta fasilitas pembiayaan untuk meningkatkankapasitas UMKM, namun efektivitasnya masih dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya akses teknologi,kemampuan inovasi, dan kesiapan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menyoroti kondisi UMKM diTuban serta bentuk pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pemerintah, dengan tujuan memberikangambaran mengenai hambatan, peluang, dan kebutuhan pengembangan UMKM agar mamputumbuh dan berdaya saing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program pendampingan legalitas usaha oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam meningkatkan legalitas Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program dilakukan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta pendampingan pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), izin PIRT, dan sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku UMKM. Selain itu, inovasi layanan digital melalui website Warkop UMI turut mendukung proses pelayanan legalitas usaha. Akan tetapi, masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, minimnya pemahaman pentingnya legalitas usaha, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta kendala teknis dalam penggunaan sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Kesimpulannya, implementasi program pendampingan legalitas usaha memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan mendukung daya saing UMKM di Kabupaten Nganjuk.
