Abstract

This research was conducted on followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. This research aimed to find out the effect of green marketing on buying interest in Avoskin products on the followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. The type of research used was associative research. Sampling technique used was stratified purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires distributed to 100 followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test with the help of SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this research indicated that green marketing had a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Avoskin products on followers of @avoskinbeauty twitter account. Green marketing contributes 28.3% in influencing the buying interest of followers of the @avoskinbeauty twitter account towards Avoskin products.

Abstract

The article presents a study focusing on using Digital Mind Mapping (DMM) by students to develop a business plan concept and enhance their ability to plan and organize a new business roadmap. In line with the task-based language teaching approach and Ellis's framework for designing task-based lessons, the study investigates the students' practices of creating meaning and their reflections on using DMM. The research consists of three main stages: pre-task, during-the-task, and post-task activities. Twenty-three students enrolled in a Business English course participated in the study, and qualitative data, including business plan diagrams, student-created business plans, and reflection sheets, were collected and analyzed. The findings reveal that the students reflected positively on their experience with DMM, as the task stimulated their active participation, exploration, autonomy, and engagement throughout the writing process. This study contributes to the existing literature on task-based language teaching by examining the effectiveness of Digital Mind Mapping in facilitating students' business planning and organizational skills. Additionally, it provides insights into exploring the long-term impact of utilizing DMM in various language learning contexts and investigates potential strategies for optimizing its implementation in business English courses.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine how the implementation Transforming Leadership Style Impelementation of Branch Manager KCP Indonesian Islamic Bank Tamalanrea 1 Makassar for the period of 2021-2024.The research method used was descriptive research. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique where the entire 23 population were taken as samples. Measurement of data was using a likert scale and data collection methods through observation, questionnaires dan interviews. The data analysis used was quantitative analysis supported by qualitative analysis and data processing using frequency distribution table.Based on the research which has been done, the results were the implementation of the Transforming Leadership of Branch Manager Indonesian Islamic Bank Tamalanrea 1 Makassar for the Period 2021-2024 shows a total 120 (34.09%) where this value is in the highest score range with the interpretation of "Not Good". Especially in the indicators of planning, grouping and motivating. So in this case the Transforming Leadership of Branch Manager KCP Indonesian Islamic Bank Tamalanrea 1 Makassar for the Period of 2021-2024 is categorized as not good, which means its implementation has not been good.Based on the conclusions of this research, the author suggests that the Branch Manager in planning an activity should always refer to the vision/goals of the organization so that what is done or planned is more targeted. Branch Manager is expected to be more familiar and know the qualities and capacities of their employees, so that employee work placements can be in accordance with their respective fields. Then the Branch Manager is expected to pay attention to relationships with his employees. For example, communicating with employees about their hopes and desires. That way, employees feel cared for and will build their enthusiasm to work actively.
