Abstract

Independence is one of the life skills that individuals must possess, especially in early childhood. This ability must be introduced and instilled earlier in children. Independence has been taught by parents from home and even continues when children enter the world of education with the help of teachers. Parents will feel many impacts when instilling independence is implemented earlier, one of which is the absence of dependence on children to complete their tasks. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. This research aims to use a case study approach to see the application of project-based learning for children's independence at the American Academy Casablanca in Morocco. The target research was aimed at the American Academy Casablanca school in Morocco with a large population of 10 children, all used as research samples with two teachers. Data sources were obtained from secondary data and primary data. The secondary data researchers obtained from one of the teachers who taught at the institution, while the primary data was obtained from books and articles related to the research. Data collection techniques include interviews and results of documentation. While data analysis starts from the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification as needed. The research found that there is a link between the application of this learning model to children's independence during the media selection process and activities during learning. The findings from this study show that there is a significant effect of the application of project-based learning on independence in early childhood so that it can be used as an alternative in applying this ability as well as other abilities according to the desired educational goals.

Abstract

Playing while learning is commonly known as outdoor learning. This learning was previously initiated by Froebel as the father of kindergarten. In its application to PAUD institutions, there are many benefits to children's development if this type of learning is applied, such as increasing cognitive, social-emotional, language, artistic, religious and moral values and physical motor development. There have been many previous studies discussing this learning. This study will analyze related to previous research that has discussed outdoor learning in the learning process. For research methods using library research by collecting data from books, journals from previous research results which are then processed in several stages so as to get conclusions according to research needs. Data analysis techniques in research began with identifying problems, collecting library data, filtering library sources and tabulating data and analysis. The purpose of the research was conducted to analyze the extent to which the linkages to outdoor learning can improve every aspect of child developmentBermain sambil belajar biasa dikenal dengan istilah pembelajaran outdoor learning. Pembelajaran ini telah dicetuskan sebelumnya oleh Froebel sebagai bapak kindergarten. Dalam penerapannya pada lembaga PAUD, banyak manfaat yang diperoleh terhadap perkembangan anak jika jenis pembelajaran ini diterpakan seperti meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif, sosial emosional, bahasa, seni, nilai gama dan moral serta peningkatan dalam fisik motorik. Telah banyak penelitian sebelumnya membahas tentang pembelajaran ini. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis terkait penelitian sebelumnya yang telah membahas pembelajaran outdoor learning pada proses pembelajaran. Untuk metode penelitian menggunakan library research dengan menghimpun data dari buku, jurnal hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang kemudian diolah dalam beberapa tahapan sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data pustaka, penyaringan sumber pustaka serta tabulasi data dan analisis. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana keterkaitan pembelajaran outdoor learning dapat meningkatkan setiap aspek perkembangan anak

Abstract

Creativity is one of a person's ability to be able to dedicate the results of ideas or thoughts through concrete forms or works. In creating the work should get the right stimulus from various parties. The teacher's ability to stimulate early childhood is one of the supporting factors. In addition, the use of media and teaching materials is important in efforts to increase creativity in children. One of the activities that teachers can apply to make this happen is to use the stencil printing technique. The research method used is qualitative with a sample selection of 3 people in the 5-6 year age category and classifying children's works in art activities. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of applying stencil printing techniques to increase early childhood creativity. While the data collection technique uses preliminary information obtained from class teachers and school principals as well as the results of initial observations. From the research results it is known that this technique is able to increase the creativity of early childhood in the art of coordinating colors. The new finding in this study is that the stencil printing technique can be applied to children by simplifying the tools and materials used by the teacher according to the learning needs and characteristics of the children.

Abstract

This article is a descriptive qualitative research with multiple objectives. First, to describe and analyze teacher perceptions about the advantages of the CPD program in developing competence. The second objective is to analyze the teacher's thinking after carrying out CPD activities on competency development which has implications for various advantages during learning for students. Empirical data in the form of interviews with the teacher concerned. The study used a purposive sampling sample with the criteria of teachers who have participated in various CPD activities as an effort to develop pedagogic competence. The data analysis technique used starts from identifying problems, reviewing literature, determining research objectives, collecting data, analyzing data, interpreting data and reporting followed by conclusions. The results of the research from the interviews conducted obtained information that the CPD program is very effective and useful in providing opportunities for teachers to develop teacher competencies so as to provide very qualified accessibility of learning services for students in their growth and development period. ABSTRAK Artikel ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan ganda. Yang pertama, untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis persepsi guru tentang keuntungan program CPD dalam mengembangkan kompetensi. Tujuan kedua, untuk menganalisis pemikiran guru setelah melakukan kegiatan CPD terhadap pengembangan kompetensi yang berimplikasi pada berbagai keuntungan selama pembelajaran terhadap siswa. Data empiris berupa hasil wawancara dengan guru yang bersangkutan. Sampel yang digunakan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan pengklasifikasian guru yang telah mengikuti berbagai kegiatan CPD sebagai upaya mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dimulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, literature review, menentukan tujuan penelitian, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data, interpretasi data serta pelaporan yang diikuti dengan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dari wawancara yang dilakukan didapat informasi bahwa program CPD sangat efektif dan bermanfaat dalam memberikan kesempatan kepada guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru sehingga memberikan aksesibilitas layanan belajar yang sangat mumpuni bagi peserta didik dalam masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mereka.
