Data was collected using a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using the Spearman test. The results of this study found that there was no relationship between physical activities and menstrual cycle, with p-value 0,471. The conclusion that discovered form this research is that there is no correlation between physical activities and menstrual cycle. PSIK students who experience abnormal menstrual cycles are expected to pay attention to other influencing factors such as weight / BMI, stress levels, energy sufficiency, nutritious diet to meet the adequacy of magnesium, iron, and calcium.Â
