Abstract

Dalam berkomunikasi manusia menggunakan berbagai macam bentuk komunikasi yang ada, mulai dari gerakan, tulisan maupun perkataan. Untuk mempermudahkan manusia berkomunikasi maka terciptalah komunikasi dalam bentuk visual yang diproleh dengan fotografi dimana komunikasi ini dilakukan dengan melihat sebuah objek gambar atau foto dan yang melihat langsung bisa mendapatkan atau mengetahui makna yang ada pada objek tersebut. Dalam mencari sebuah makna atau pesan, pasti manusia akan mencari sebuah tanda yang sangat familiar dengan hidupnya agar dapat diketahui dengan mudah maksud dari objek tersebut. Teori semiotika Roland Barthnes adalah salah satu teori yang mempelajari tentang tanda, yang mana di dalam teori ini, kita jadi dapat lebih mengetahui mengenai makna dari sebuah gambar yang kita lihat. Pada sekarang ini media sosial bukan lagi menjadi hal yang asing bagi kehidupan kita, karena diantara kita pasti mempunyai salah satu dari media sosial tersebut. Instagram salah satu media sosial yang sangat digandrungi pada saat ini, karena dengan aplikasi instagram kita dapat membagikan dengan mudah foto ataupun video yang ingin kita sebarluaskan dengan maksud yang sadar. foto yang disebarkan ini tentunya memiliki pesan yang ingin disampaikan kepada yang melihatnya.In communicating, humans use various forms of communication, ranging from movement, writing and speech. To make it easier for humans to communicate, communication is created in visual form which is obtained by photography where this communication is done by looking at an image or photo object and those who see directly can get or know the meaning that is in the object. In searching for a meaning or message, surely humans will look for a sign that is very familiar with their life so that they can easily know the meaning of the object. Roland Barthnes’ semiotic theory is one of the theories that studies signs, which in this theory, we can know more about the meaning of an image that we see. At this time social media is no longer a stranger to our lives, because some of us must have one of these social media. Instagram is one of the most loved social media at this time, because with the Instagram application we can easily share photos or videos that we want to share with a conscious intention. This photo that is distributed certainly has a message to be conveyed to the viewer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Sport Education Model on students' learning motivation at SMP NU Darul Ma’arif Kaplongan. The research design used is a True Experimental Design with a Posttest-Only Control Group Design approach. The sample was selected using a random sampling technique, involving 8th-grade students in the 2019–2020 academic year. In this study, two classes were randomly selected, with one class assigned as the experimental group and the other as the control group. The experimental group received treatment using the Sport Education Model teaching method, while the control group did not receive any specific treatment. The research instrument was a questionnaire used to measure students’ learning motivation. The results showed that students in the control class had lower learning motivation, which was attributed to a lack of interest in the sports being taught and limited basic sports skills. In contrast, students in the experimental class who were taught using the Sport Education Model showed a significant increase in learning motivation. This model allowed students to participate according to their abilities and interests, which ultimately enhanced their enthusiasm and motivation in learning. These findings confirm that the Sport Education Model can be an effective strategy to improve students' learning motivation in physical education through a more personalized and interest-based approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the shooting-under-the-ring ability of students participating in the basketball extracurricular program at SMA NU Kaplongan. The research employed a descriptive design using a test-based method. The population consisted of students enrolled in the basketball extracurricular activity, with a total of 11 participants serving as the research subjects. The instrument used was a performance test developed based on predetermined indicators. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings indicate that the majority of participants demonstrated a moderate level of shooting-under-the-ring ability. Specifically, 4 students (45%) were classified in the moderate category, 2 students (10%) in the good category, 3 students (35%) in the poor category, and 2 students (10%) demonstrated a very good level of performance.
