Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, work life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan work life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi pada kantor kecamatan libureng kabupaten bone. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumen, penyebaran kuesioner, serta studi literatur dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil temuan empirs menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan dari hasil uji mediasi dengan sobel test maka ditemukan bahwa komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan work life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Libureng Kabupaten Bone. This study aims to analyze the influence of organi-zational culture, work life balance on organizational commitment and employee performance, analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, analyze the influence of organizational culture and work life balance on employee performance through organizational commitment at the Libureng District  Office, Bone Regency. Data collection methods are through observation, documents, questionnaires, as well as literature studies and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The empirical findings found that organizational culture, work life balance had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, from the results of the mediation test with the Sobel test, it was found that organizational commitment can mediate the influence of organizational culture and work life balance on employee performance at the Libureng District office, Bone Regency.
