Abstract

The aims of this paper are to examine the effect of factors that contribute towards the profitability of Islamic bank in Indonesia over the period 2008 – 2017. The research method used in this study is the explanatory method. We use secondary data obtained from the OJK to examine the effect of Bank Specific Macroeconomic Determinants of Islamic Bank Profitability and then analyse the data using GMM techniques. The result of the study found that only Bank Size of Bank Specific determinant had a positive effect both ROA and ROE while Capital, credit risk and Liquidity had a negative effect on the profitability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Finally, the macroeconomic determinant found only inflation had positive effect while GDP had no significant effect on Islamic bank profitability. The result indicates that Islamic bank in Indonesia need well developed and well supported by government through independent regulation out of the bank of Indonesia, this mean Islamic bank could develop regulation and well Islamic product as conducted by Islamiclaw and Sunnah

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah merestrukturisasi sistem pengelolaan Perguruan Tinggi Negeridengan cara memberikan otonomi yang lebih luas melalui status Badan Hukum Milik Negara(BHMN) selain didasari oleh masalah keterbatasan pemerintah mendanai biaya pendidikantinggi secara memadai, juga bertujuan untuk mendorong Perguruan Tinggi Negeri agar dapatlebih leluasa merancang strategi guna pengembangan lembaga dan membangun kemampuanbersaing di era globalisasi.Pengalaman yang panjang dalam mengelola pendidikan, kampus yang luas dengankemegahan bangunan lama maupun barunya yang terletak di lokasi strategis, fasilitas penunjangbelajar yang lengkap, kualifikasi dosen berpendidikan mayoritas S2 dan S3, serta sejumlahprofesor sebagai guru besar membuat sumber daya PTBHMN amat memadai dibandingkanPerguruan Tinggi Negeri maupun Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang ada di Indonesia. Kesemuakeunggulan sumber daya PTBHMN tersebut menjadi daya tarik yang teramat besar bagicalon mahasiswa, setelah menjadi mahasiswa, maupun saat menjadi alumni. Oleh karena itupenerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui jalur khusus yang sampai saat ini masih menjadi polemikpun karena mahalnya, peminatnya tidak berkurang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the influence of teacher teaching skills and learning facilities on student learning motivation in Class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung.The theory underlying this research is Maslow's self-actualization motivation theory. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and instruments used in the form of questionnaires distributed class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung as many as 105 respondents. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis. Research conducted on students of class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung obtained the results that the condition of teaching skills, learning facilities against student learning motivation in the high category. The advice that can be given in this study is on the teacher's teaching skills variable to provide provision to educators with IHT, technical guidance and workshops that can improve the ability of teachers professionally as the most dominating variables. In the variables of learning facilities students in online learning can utilize gadgets and other facilities to create effective learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemaasaran pendidikan terhadap kepuasan orang tua Murid. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa sebanyak 2.300 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 341 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan software SPSS Amos for windows. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kurikulum karakter berada dalam kategori tinggi. Demikian juga untuk pengaruh pelatihan tenaga pendidik berada dalam kategori tinggi. Dan pengaruh keterlibatan dan pembinaan orang tua berada dalam kategori tinggi.  Implementasi kurikulum karakter berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan orang tua. Demikian pula untuk pelatihan tenaga pendidik berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan orang tua. Keterlibatan dan pembinaan orang tua berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan orang tua.

Abstract

In this literature, the author reviews board gender diversity in areas related to corporate governance and corporate finance, namely Company Performance globally in various countries in the world. The research method in this article uses a qualitative research approach with the type of research, namely Systematic Literature Review (SLR), where researchers identify and summarise topics related to the main topic, then 24 research articles are selected that are most suitable and used as research samples, as for the subject of the topic mapped in this literature, namely 12 countries in the world. After analysis, the majority of countries in the world, namely Turkey, Ghana, United Kingdom, Greece, Pakistan, Russia, Brazil, India, Indonesia, and Pakistan, state that Board Gender Diversity (BGD) can improve company performance. While in several other countries such as Malaysia, Nigeria, and Latin America, the existence of BGD can reduce company performance.

Abstract

Penting bagi berbagai pihak yang tertarik dengan konsep pemasaran bandara untuk sepenuhnya mengembangkan keterampilan dan teknik riset pemasaran untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang dapat diandalkan dan menyeluruh tentang lingkungan pasar bandara yang unik. Ketergantungan mul-tifaktorial dari konsep pemasaran bandara memungkinkan untuk membentuk cara-cara baru untuk meningkatkan tingkat indikator ini. Faktor endogen dan eksogen, pada gilirannya, menciptakan hubungan fungsional antara berbagai disiplin ilmu dalam lingkungan pemasaran bandara. Makalah ini menyajikan analisis bibliometrik dari konsep "Pemasaran Bandara" dengan menggunakan berbagai perangkat lunak untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara faktor-faktor pemasaran bandara, sumber, dan antesedennya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pencarian kata kunci awal, analisis dan penyempurnaan data, dan pengelompokan. Pencarian dan perbandingan informasi yang diambil dari beberapa sumber memungkinkan dilakukannya analisis literatur yang komprehensif dan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip peta bibliometrik publikasi. Dalam kerangka kerja penelitian ini, para peneliti membentuk dan menganalisis kelompok-kelompok konsep, prinsip-prinsip pengelompokannya, mengembangkan pendekatan ilmiah untuk menge-lompokkan istilah-istilah kunci dalam beberapa pangkalan data. Relevansi penelitian ini terletak pada dampaknya pada proses pembentukan kelompok konsep. Dengan bantuan pendekatan ilmiah yang diusulkan, dimungkinkan untuk menjelaskan ketergantungan dalam distribusi klaster definisi individu, hubungan mereka satu sama lain, tingkat kepemilikan faktor tertentu dari pemasaran bandara.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and synthesize the key factors that influence fraud prevention in village financial management through a systematic literature review. A total of 25 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2024 were selected using predefined inclusion criteria from reputable databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The findings reveal three major categories of influencing factors: (1) individual and psychological elements, including attitudes, self-awareness, and personal morality; (2) organizational mechanisms, such as internal control systems, ethical organizational culture, human resource competence, whistleblowing systems, accountability, and compensation structures; and (3) external pressures, including coercive, mimetic, and normative pressures. Among these, individual morality and human resource competence emerge as the most critical components for minimizing fraudulent practices. Self-awareness among village officials also plays a vital role in encouraging ethical behavior. The study contributes to the literature by presenting an integrative conceptual framework that links psychological, organizational, and environmental factors affecting fraud prevention in decentralized financial governance. It highlights the importance of fostering ethical cultures and strengthening institutional controls at the village level. Future research should empirically validate the proposed framework and explore regional variations to develop more targeted strategies and policy recommendations for improving transparency and financial accountability in village governance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of technology in facilitating academic cheating at universities. This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method, which identifies, evaluates, and interprets results from various sources related to previous research topics from 2018 - 2023. The research method uses the publish or publish platform as the main source for searching for scientific articles. An article search was carried out with the title the role of technology in Facilitating Academic Fraud (fraud) and academic cheating at Universities. This research shows that academic fraud is an opportunity to use illicit methods to steal other people's work for personal gain. Academic cheating is a problem in the current era of online learning. Cheating is a type of academic cheating that often occurs when a student is studying.
