<![CDATA[Abstrak Proses penuaan merupakan siklus kehidupan yang ditandai dengan tahapan menurunnya berbagai fungsi organ dalam tubuh yang ditandai dengan rentannya tubuh terhadap berbagai serangan penyakit. Adapun dari Perubahan tersebut mempengaruhi kemunduran kesehatan fisik yang pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh pada kerentanan terhadap penyakit. Penyakit rematik dan keradangan sendi merupakan penyakit yang banyak dijumpai dimasyarakat, khususnya pada orang yang berumur 40 tahun ke atas. Lebih dari 40 persen dari golongan umur tersebut menderita keluhan nyeri sendi dan otot.Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengalaman Pengasuh Merawat Lansia Dengan Penyakit Rematik Kronis di Desa Buku, Kecamatan Mapilli, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitui menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dimana penelitian ini merupakan metode untuk mencari jawaban pada cargiver Lanjut Usia . Sampel adalah 5 Responden Lanjut Usia yang dijadikan Responden. Hasil Penelitian ] pengalaman Pengasuh dalam merawat Lanjut Usia yang mengalami Penyakit Kronis Rematik ada 5 Responden di lakukan penelitian Hasil nya adalah Dari hasil percakapan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengasuh atau Caregiver sangat berperan penting dalam merawat Lanjut Usia dengan penyakit Rematik Kronis Kata Kunci : pengalama, Pengasuh, Penyakit Rematik Kronis Abstract The aging process is a life cycle characterized by the decline in various organ functions in the body which is marked by the susceptibility of the body to various disease attacks. Rheumatic disease and joint inflammation are diseases that are often found in the community, especially in people aged 40 years and over.
