Abstract

This paper aims to provide a correct understanding of the importance of quality and professionalism of Hindu religious teachers in education. A teacher of religion, especially Hindu religious teachers is not just a job assigned to transfer knowledge but also served to instill the values of the teachings of Hinduism to the learners. Hindu religious teachers are professional positions, hence a teacher demanded to carry out their duties professionally. The professionalism of a teacher can be seen from how to run any of the duties is always productive, innovative, efficient and effective and independent To be a Hindu religious teacher who is able to carry out their duties in a professional manner, the necessary efforts both from its own consciousness and on the government's efforts. In an effort to become a Hindu religious teachers qualified and professional, then a Hindu religious teachers is not enough to just rely on what the government has programmed as with training, workshops, competition research, as well as awards in the form of allowance teacher certification, and seminars, but a Hindu religious teachers are required to understand the teachings of Hinduism as a whole and want to fill themselves with the knowledge and responsiveness to changing times and technological advances. Thus, the material being taught will always correspond with the times and the material can be innovative, efficient and effective in their delivery in the classroom. Finally the success of a teacher of religion in their profession will appear on the character and attitude of the learners who become responsible, religious and good behavior.

Abstract

Gadget is one of the successful communication technology products is booming in this millennium century. Gedget allows humans to interact or communicate with another human being without a limited time, place and space. Progress society characterized by the development of science and technology. Science and technology major effect on human life and activity. Positive implications that science and technology can facilitate human in Survival. With the science and technology, human creativity challenged to continue and develop ideas berkualitasnya to be something useful for humans, and the natural surroundings. While the negative implication is that he has now increasingly rely on technology to run his life, so he became a creature lazy, spoiled and less willing to work hard. In reality, not all the problems facing humanity can be solved by technology. The function of religion as a human guide in these conditions is very important. Hinduism has given life provision and guidelines long before humans evolved in advanced age as it is today. The concept of Tri Pramana and Wiweka should remain aware and understood in Survival.

Abstract

The moral decline that is occurring among the younger generation today has led to the importance of the education of the son of a son who can be actualized through the ideals of educating the younger generation of Hindus. Where the character that grows in a child is initially formed from the environment. Educating children at this time of course has to adapt to changing times, such as instilling character in children through the use of digital technology that can help children think creatively. If the role of parents is not optimal since the child is small, then it is possible for a child when he grows up to be a teenager to do something that violates the rules of norms and ethics. This becomes very important with the impact of information media, namely television broadcast programs which are considered to provide less educational value for adolescents than their moral values. The education needed in educating children is not only academic education but also spiritual education so that children can face various problems and challenges in life. The education of Suputra children is very important to be carried out by parents in realizing a quality Hindu young generation who have a high leadership spirit.

Abstract

Teachers do not only have a role as educators. However, through the driving teacher program, teachers also have a role as agents of change in realizing independent learning in a school climate. The driving teacher must be able to adapt in dealing with various situations that occur in the world of education. The role of the driving teacher in learning Hindu religious education is very strategic and important to improve the quality of learning. In learning Hindu religious education, the driving teacher must be able to shape the character of students with noble character in accordance with local wisdom. The role of the driving teacher in improving the quality of learning for Hindu religious education includes (1) the role of the driving teacher as a leader and facilitator in learning, (2) the role of the driving teacher in encouraging the growth and development of holistic learning, (3) the role of the driving teacher in becoming a trainer for other teachers. , (4) The role of the driving teacher as a swallower and motivator and (5) The role of the driving teacher in collaborating and agents of educational transformation. The role of the teacher will not be replaced by technology, even though various learning resources exist in today's digital technology. Because technology cannot sort out and teach good and bad things to students. While the teacher is able to educate, set an example and teach which things are good and bad things to do. Hindu religious teachers play an important role in the formation of noble character and student character.

Abstract

Pemerataan mutu pendidikan sebagai suatu upaya dalam memajukan kesejahtraan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Akan tetapi kegagalan dalam pemerataan mutu pendidikan akan menciptakan berbagai permasalahan dan ketimpangan dalam dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan secara komperhensif harus mampu memberikan laporan mengenai hasil evaluasi sistem pembelajaran sebagai bentuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dimana rapor pendidikan sebagai alat yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan di dunia pendidikan serta mampu merefleksikan capaian pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan meliputi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Rendahnya mutu dan relevansi pembelajaran mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung di kelas dan megakibatkan pembelajaran berlangsung kurang efektif. Dimana faktor utama yang mempengaruhi rendahnya mutu dan revelansi pembelajaran adalah kualitas tenaga pendidik. Kualitas tenaga pendidik menjadi permasalahan yang sangat besar dan harus mendapat perhatian yang sagat masif dari pemerintah. Pendidikan diharapkan mampu menghasilkan profil lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan relevan dengan keadaan sosial dan budaya suatu daerah. Rapor pendidikan tidak menampilkan peringkat dari setiap sekolah melainkan berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan adanya rapor pendidikan diharapkan dapat mengurangi kesenjangan antar sekolah melalui data yang disajikan pada paltform
