Abstract

Coaching is a continuous effort to train, educate and develop a personality base that is owned by a person in achieving an perfection with the talents that are owned by each character and personality. conducted by the boarding board administrators who function as implementing policies, especially those relating to the field of propaganda to give birth to preachers and preachers who are professionals to spread Islamic teachings. The findings from the field show that the training of cadre cadre by Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School is still not effective. Only recruiting cadres from Nurul Islam preachers who are already members but not yet coordinated, young Nurul Islam cadres from students such as IKSANI AND KANSAS During the 2015-2020 period there was no evaluation. In the cadre coaching process there are several obstacles including restructuring the organization that has not been regulated and the cadre system does exist but is not yet effective

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti, dalam komunikasi yang terjalin antara Tuan Guru dengan santri sering terjadi kegiatan komunikasi interpersonal model dialog. Dialog sendiri merupakan percakapan yang bertujuan untuk saling mengerti, memahami dan mampu menciptakan kedamaian dalam bekerjasama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Dialog berlangsung dalam situasi yang lebih intim lebih mendalam dan lebih personal. Selain itu, dalam situasi informal Tuan Guru selalu melakukan percakapan bernuansa keakraban dan cenderung humoris hingga terlihat seperti hubungan seorang sahabat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk komunikasi interpersonal Tuan Guru Muhayyan dan santri tentang upaya peningkatan prestasi hafalan Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Unwanul Falah NTB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif merupakan pendekatan yang berdasarkan fenomenologi dan paradigma konstruktivisme dalam mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk komunikasi interpersonal Tuan Guru Muhayyan dan santri tahfidz di pondok pesantren Unwanul Falah menggunakan dua bentuk yakni dialog dan sharing.

Abstract

This study discusses nonverbal communication among veiled female students at Ibrahimy Situbondo University. The purpose of this study was to describe the forms of nonverbal communication among veiled female students at Ibrahimy Situbondo University. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type of research. The results of the study found that female students who wore the veil were unable to show their facial expressions, because their faces were covered with the veil cloth used. Even though facial expressions can no longer be seen, veiled female students still show other forms of nonverbal communication that can describe their emotions. That includes gestures, eye communication, touch communication and spatial communication. All of these nonverbal communications can provide meaning and can help expedite the course of the communication process with others.
