Abstract

Application comes from the word application, which is the form of a tapply verb whichin Indonesian means processor. In terms of, computer applications are a sub class ofcomputer software that uses capabilities. Another definition of the application is aprogram that is ready to be used that is made to carry out a function for users ofapplication services and the use of other applications that can be used by a target.According to the executive computer dictionary, the application has the meaning of solvingproblems using one of the application data processing techniques that usually races on adesired or expected computation or processing expected data. In addition, the applicationalso has a function as a service for the needs of several activities carried out by humanssuch as systems for buying and selling software, games or online games. The purpose ofthe development of this foster parent application is to bring together donors called fosterparents with students who are foster children, to provide assistance in the form of funds forschool needs, housing, and daily living expenses, this application will also prioritize thestudents receiving assistance are orphans, orphans or orphans. This application is alsounder the supervision of the school, so the school is inputting the data of students whoneed assistance and the costs of the needs of these students.

Abstract

Monitoring Batak Karo Protestant Chruch (GBKP) cruch offerings is a routine process of collecting data offerings and measuring progress on program objectives. Monitori change, which focus on processes and outputs. Monitoring provides basic data to answer problems. In monitor this presentation the data collection includes offerings from the dungung to the modern. But the process of distributing presentations is still manual, so it takes time to the distribute to the moderamen. Based on this, an aplication for the persentage distribution of Android-based Protestant Batak Karo Chruch congregation was built.Keywords: Registration, Android, Simulation

Abstract

Decision support system (DSS) is a system that can assist someone in making accurate and targeted decisions. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is that the determination of achievement is an obligation of every child in taking an education so that many things can influence a student to obtain a scholarship from the path of achievement. The best achievement is obtained from several criteria such as attendance, grades , and others. So that a desktop-based decision support system is needed to be more efficient in conducting this assessment so that research is needed from one of the schools in the Deli Serdang area, namely the SMK SNAKMA MUHAMMADYAH TANJUNG ANOM at JL. Snakma No.2 Tanjung Anom, Kec.Pancur Batu. The method in this research is TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The method in this research utilizes certain techniques, namely by using programming language.
