Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables of capital and labor on MSME income in Tabanan Regency. This study uses 95 respondents spread across 10 Districts of Tabanan Regency, then the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression.     The results of the analysis simultaneously show that the variables of capital and labor have a significant effect on MSME income in Tabanan Regency. While the results of the partial analysis of the variables of capital and labor have a real influence on the income of MSMEs in Tabanan Regency. Capital is the dominant variable that affects income, the higher the capital will increase the amount of additional production so as to increase income. Likewise with labor, the more labor, the production will also increase

Abstract

Kecamatan Petang adalah salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Badung, juga terdapat sub sektor perdagangan. Salah satunya adalah usaha perdagangan pasar tradisional yang dinamakan Pasar Carangsari. Pasar Carangsari adalah salah satu centra pasar yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung. Nama Pasar Carangsari sendiri sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan masyarakat sekitarnya dan juga banyak pedagang dari berbagai daerah di luar dari Kecamatan Petang. Pasar Carangsari tidak pernah lumpuh akan aktivitas perdagangan, mulai dari pagi hari, hingga sore hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Carangsari, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) modal, jam kerja, tenaga kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Carangsari, Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung, 2) modal, jam kerja, tenaga kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara simultan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Carangsari, Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung.

Abstract

This paper will analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of direct cash assistance. The instruments in this analysis include effectiveness, implementation, community satisfaction and quality of service in the distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The type of data in this study is primary data, which means that the data is collected according to the interests of the current research. In this study, the structural equation analysis used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with an alternative Partial Least Square PLS (component based SEM). Statistical analysis shows that implementation has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Community satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on service quality. implementation has a positive and significant effect on effectiveness. Community satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on effectiveness. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the distribution of the BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) program in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Test the path analysis between variables that mediate variable service quality on the effect of implementation on effectiveness. The next path coefficient, that the mediating variable of service quality on the effect of community satisfaction on the effectiveness of the distribution of the Direct Cash Assistance program in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.

Abstract

AbstrakLembaga Perkreditan Desa merupakan lembaga keuangan milik Desa pakraman yang telah berkembang, memberikan manfaat sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya kepada anggotanya sehingga perlu dibina, ditingkatkan, dan dilestarikan keberadaannya.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa di Kabupaten Badung yang berjumlah 122 LPD. Data dikumpulkan  secara  cross-section melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Respondennya adalah karyawan LPD sebanyak 94 responden.  Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa : 1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada LPD di Kabupaten Badung, 2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada LPD di Kabupaten Badung, 3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada LPD  di Kabupaten Badung melalui kepuasan kerja dan 4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif  dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada LPD di Kabupaten Badung.

Abstract

income of traders at Poh Gading Market, Ubung, Denpasar. This type of research is a quantitative research, namely a study that aims to obtain evidence of a hypothesis. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires as well as direct observation. The sample used was 60 respondents with a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling). In analyzing used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that by testing the regression coefficient partially (t test) with α = 5%, it showed that the three variables (capital, length of business, and working hours) had a positive and significant effect on the income of traders at Poh Gading Market, Ubung, Denpasar. The results of the F test with α = 5% show that together the variables of capital, length of business and working hours have a significant effect on the income of traders at Poh Gading Market, Ubung, Denpasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Rasio Loan To Deposit Ratio, Return On Asset,  Return On Equity  dan Net Interest Margin Terhadap Return Saham  pada Perusahaan Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan (annual report) Perusahaan Perbankan yang dapat diakses di situs www.idx.co.id. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2020. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 36 perusahaan dengan metode penentuan sampel purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi non partisipan dengan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa LDR tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, dan NIM tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of socioeconomic factors, namely capital, land area, and labor, on the income of ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Respondents in this study were determined using a Census method, consisting of 63 ornamental plant entrepreneurs. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection was conducted through interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was conducted using various analytical tools, including multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, preceded by classical assumption tests. The results of the t-test indicate that partially, capital, land area, and labor significantly and positively affect the income of ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The results of the F-test indicate that simultaneously, capital, land area, and labor significantly affect the income of ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.847, indicating that the independent variables (capital, land area, and labor) collectively contribute 84.7 percent to the income of ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The remaining 15.3 percent is influenced by other factors not explained in this model.

Abstract

The Village Credit Institution is a financial institution belonging toPakraman Village which has developed, providing social, economic and culturalbenefits to its members so that its existence needs to be fostered, improved andpreserved. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct or indirect effectof organizational culture on employee performance on job satisfaction. The location of this research was carried out at Village Credit Institutions inBadungRegency, totaling 122 LPDs. Data were collected in cross-section through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Respondents were the employee of LPD asmany as 94 respondents. The sampling technique uses Proportionate StratifiedRandom Sampling. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is pathanalysis. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that: 1) organizationalculture has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance at theLPD in Badung Regency, 2) organizational culture has a direct positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction at the LPD in Badung Regency, 3)organizational culture has an indirect effect and significantly to the performanceof employees at LPD in Badung Regency through job satisfaction and 4) jobsatisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performanceat LPD in Badung Regency.
