Abstract

Perpustakaan yang merupakan salah satu bagian penting bagi sebuah Perguruan Tinggi dan besar pengaruhnya terhadap mutu pendidikan. Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Manado saat ini sudah memiliki lebih dari 6000 jumlah buku yang tercatat, karena begitu banyaknya jumlah buku serta beragam, namun belum adanya sistem atau aplikasi yang bisa memudahkan pengguna perpustakaan untuk mengolah database perpustakaan, maka proses pencarian dan peminjaman buku membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Berdasarkan masalah tesebut, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses pengolahan data buku, mengelola data anggota, data peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, laporan data peminjam dan buku yang dipinjam dan juga perhitungan denda keterlambatan pengembalian buku. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan perangkat lunak Delphi 7 dan Microsoft Access. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah, terbangunnya Aplikasi pengolah data Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Manado yaitu data buku, anggota dan proses peminjaman buku.

Abstract

Abstract The electric power generated by the power generation unit if what is generated is less than the consumer's demand for existing electric power, it will cause the load to be released from the electrical system. This condition will cause power outages on the customer's side. Calculation of the reliability of the electric power system can be analyzed from how often the electricity goes out. The disturbance data that is recorded/recorded is then analyzed using the LOLE (Loss of Load Expectation) formula. The smaller the LOLE value, the smaller the chance the system will experience interference. Many factors cause disruption of the supply of electricity from source to load/consumer, one of which is the problem of unreliable generators. To measure the ability of generators to meet electricity needs, a benchmark or reliability index of the generating system is needed, which in this study is LOLE (Loss of Load Expectation). . LOLE is expressed in units of days/years. The LOLE standard set by PT. Abstract

This research, entitled Experimental Study of Fluid Flow Losses at Turns 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°, is a review of fluid (water) flow in closed channels. Fluid (water) flow in opened and closed channels is influenced by the condition of the container in which the fluid flows. One form of this influence is the occurrence of a condition which is generally known as flow loss. This condition is certainly undesirable because it will cause problems, technically the manifestation is a decrease in pressure including the speed of fluid flow. To find out the real conditions of flow losses, it is necessary to carry out research stages. The research stages were carried out in the form of system design, measurement, testing and data analysis. The system is designed with a pump device, where the fluid is pumped from a holding container, then flows into the installation area or closed channel which is made using ½" PVC pipe and is equipped with a Pressure Gauge measuring instrument to measure pressure and a Flow meter to measure flow discharge, placing bends. with angles of 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees. Indication of loss is indicated by a decrease in pressure measured at the pressure gate, while indication of a decrease in flow velocity is calculated using an equation with the flow input variable measured from the flow meter.
