Abstract

Duties and Responsibilities of the Secretary in Carrying Out His Duties at the Office of the Public Works Department of Spatial Planning and Public Housing in East Kalimantan Province. This study aims to find out how the duties of a secretary in carrying out their duties in the office. In general, Business Administration is a major that studies everything about the operational activities of a company or business. The company's own operational activities include marketing, HR, secretarial, financial management, production and so on. For example, a secretary who works at the Office of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Public Housing in East Kalimantan Province, carries out the tasks assigned by the Head of the Service in accordance with his/her field of work. The Secretariat consists of the General Sub-Section, the Finance Sub- Section and the Planning Sub-Section. Each Sub Division is led by a Head of Sub Division who in carrying out his duties is under and responsible to the secretary. The author's purpose in taking the title of this Final Project is to find out how the performance process of a secretary at the Office of the DPUPR & PERA Prov. East Kalimantan. The Head of the Planning Sub-Section has the main task of leading the implementation of tasks in the Planning Section, Developing Programs, preparing materials for the preparation of technical policies in the field of transportation planning, informatics and communication as well as reports in the field of program planning.

Abstract

The marketing strategy that is currently being used is promotion through advertising. Advertising itself is a communication process that has an important power as a marketing tool in selling goods, providing services, and ideas through certain channels in the form of persuasive information. This study aims to analyze the influence of Shopee Advertisements "Shopee COD" version of the buying Interest through of Samarinda State Polytechnic Business Administration Students. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) distributed to students of the Department of Business Administration with the Purposive Sampling method. The population of this study was 412 students of the Department of Business Administration, the sample used in this study was 203 respondents. The classic assumption test used is the normality test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that there is a partial influence of Shopee Ads version of "Shopee COD" on the online buying interests of Business Administration students. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) stated Shopee Advertising has a contribution to online buying interest of 42.8% and the remaining 57.2% is influenced by other factors outside the study

Abstract

Given the current state of public services, the principles of good governance must be followed to achieve the desired organizational results. To achieve this goal, it is very important to support human resources, namely personnel who demonstrate qualities and attitudes that are in accordance with the principles of Good Governance Principles. This study aims to find out and examine how to apply the principles of good governance in the public service section of sailing safety, guarding, and patrolling types of sailing approval letter services at the Samarinda Class II Harbor Authority and Harbor Authority whether it has been running well or not. qualitative method with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study amounted to 9 people. Based on the research, it is known that the application of the principle of transparency at the Office of the Harbor Master and the Port Authority of Samarinda is still quite good, because the services received by the community are good from clear information disclosure in writing and orally to service users regarding procedures, requirements in managing the service of a pay approval letter at the Harbormaster Office. and the Samarinda Class II Port Authority. Principle The responsiveness of the Samarinda Port Authority and Harbormaster Office employees is good, this is because the officers serve quickly. The principle of fairness for employees at the Office of the Harbor Master and the Samarinda Port Authority is good enough to need to be maintained and improved in providing services to service users
