Abstract

Broadly speaking, the order of Indonesian civil law provide the widest opportunity for the public to hold a mutual agreement about what is considered necessary for the purpose. However, the employment agreement often event of default that occurred between the two parties entered into an agreement. It therefore requires the responsibility of the party adverse to the injured party. As for the purpose of this thesis, namely: First, the responsibility of the workers on Cooperation Agreement CV. Kerabat Makmur to the second party in Rupat Bengkalis; Secondly, the rights and obligations in the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement CV.Kerabat Makmur to the second party in Rupat Bengkalis; Third, determine the settlement of disputes within the responsibility of the workers at the Cooperation Agreement CV. Kerabat Makmur to the second party in Rupat Bengkalis.This type of research is classified in this type of sociological research. Because in this study the authors directly conduct research at the locations under study in order to get a clear and complete picture of the problem studied, the study was conducted in Rupat Bengkalis. The data used are primary data, secondary data and data tertiary, data collection techniques using interview, and literature study.Problems arise in the months to three (3) the agreement was implemented, in which both parties can not complete the work by the agreed time. In Article 2 Employment Agreement. CV Kerabat Makmur said that the term held to carry out such work is five (5) months, but not until five (5) months of the second party can not complete the work contract and the members of the two run away without notice to the first party and the second party.Based on the results of research and discussion, the authors can menyimbulkan that: Firstly, the responsibility to do the second party to the CV. Kerabat Makmur while carrying out the work; Secondly, the rights and obligations specified in the Letter of Employment Agreement CV. Kerabat Makmur, but some of the rights and obligations of both parties are not met; Third, the dispute settlement is done by deliberation and consensus, but previously have been done subpoena. Suggestions, First, the CV. Kerabat Makmur provide additional working time again that the work can be completed with no hurry; Secondly, the CV. Kerabat Makmur and the second party should conduct rigorous oversight to field more often, so it can know things and events that occur in the labor market; Third, the settlement of a dispute on the CV. Kerabat Makmur should be decisive action from the first party to give a warning.Keywords: Responsibility, Employment Agreement

Abstract

The quality of rhinoceros feed can be seen based on the health condition of the stand. It is necessary to monitor the condition of tree damage to maintain the quality of rhinoceros feed. This study aims to identify the types of damage to vegetation as rhinoceros feed. This research method is based on the Forest Health Monitoring (FHM) technique with several stages, namely: observation of the research location; determination and creation of cluster plots; identification of damage and percentage of tree damage. The results of the study showed that, in the Rawa Kidang restoration and Bambangan restoration, the dominant damage locations were found on the branches and leaves. In addition, the dominant types of damage found were broken/dead branches and leaves and damaged shoots/buds, with percentage values in Rawa Kidang of 27.47% and 59.89%, respectively, while in Bambangan it was 50.50% and 25.89%. The causes of damage to branches include weather factors, pests, and plant diseases while the main causes of damage to leaves are weather, availability of nutrients, and disruption of the photosynthesis process. The presence of parasites and fungi that arise due to high humidity can attack the trunk and branches, so that these parts will rot and be easily damaged or broken if exposed to strong pressure, such as strong winds. Thus, the type of damage most often found in Rawa Kidang Restoration and Bambangan Restoration is damage to branches and leaves with a percentage interval of damage of 25–60%.

Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 memberikan pengaruh yang besar dalam tatanan kehidupan manusia. Selain memberikan peluang bagi setiap orang dengan kemudahan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari, namun revolusi industri 4.0 ini juga memberikan tantangan tersendiri. Dampak yang diberikan dari revolusi industri 4.0 hampir pada semua sektor kehidupan dan termasuk pendidikan. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling selaku salah satu pendidik di sekolah harus siap dengan situasi dan keadaan yang ada saat ini dan harus mempersiapkannya. Peningkatan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling ini sangat penting dalam menghadapi tantangan di era revolusi industri 4.0. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi-kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menghadapi tantangan di era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk menghadapi tantangan di era revolusi industri 4.0 yaitu kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif, serta keterampilan literasi digital dan yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di era revolusi industri ini sangat penting agar dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan kondisi perkembangan zaman yang terus berubah.
