Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sebagian wanita mengalami masalah seputar organ kewanitaannya. Survei data kesehatan, 62% wanita Indonesia mengalami infeksi vagina seperti keputihan, Vaginitis, Servisitis sampai infeksi HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) karena kurangnya pengetahuan menjaga kebersihan alat reproduksi. Perawatan saat menstruasi juga perlu dilakukan karena pembuluh darah rahim mudah terkena infeksi karena kuman mudah sekali masuk dan dapat menimbulkan penyakit pada saluran reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi pengetahuan remaja putri tentang kebersihan alat reproduksi pada saat menstruasi di SMPN 1 Gatak Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling probability sampling jenisnya propotionate random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 1 Gatak Sukoharjo dengan sampel 62 siswi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dengan rumus prosentase. Hasil penelitian: pengetahuan siswi tentang kebersihan alat reproduksi saat menstruasi di SMPN 1 Gatak Sukoharjo dikategorikan baik sebanyak 53 siswi (85,4%) dan pengetahuan cukup 9 siswi (14,5%). Simpulan: pengetahuan remaja putri tentang kebersihan alat reproduksi pada saat menstruasi di SMPN 1 Gatak Sukoharjo adalah baik.

Abstract

The health problem that is still facing the world today is anemia. The incidence of anemia in the world currently reaches 9% in developed countries and about 43% in developing countries. One age group that is prone to suffer from anemia are women of childbearing age (WUS). WHO says that 35-75% of anemia in developing countries occurs in children and women of reproductive age. The factors that cause anemia in women of reproductive age are social, cultural and economic factors, as well as nutritional factors. This study aims to determine the factors that cause anemia in women of reproductive age. The research method used descriptive research with a total population of 56 and a sample of 49 women of reproductive age who suffered from anemia. The results of the study were 42.8% of respondents who suffered from anemia had a basic or low education, 51% of respondents with a low level of knowledge suffered from anemia, 55.1 % who suffer from anemia have a poor nutritional status and 85.7% of respondents who suffer from anemia have an unhealthy diet. So it can be concluded that the factors that cause anemia in women of reproductive age are the level of education, level of knowledge, nutritional status and diet.

Abstract

The human lifestyle due to urbanization, modernization and globalization is one of the causes for the increase in Non-Communicable Diseases. In general, Non-Communicable Diseases such as obesity, Diabetes Mellitus and hypertension are one of the main causes of death globally. Hypertension is a very dangerous non-communicable disease (Silent Killer). Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO), worldwide around 972 million people or 26.4% of the world's inhabitants suffer from hypertension. In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension reaches 31.7% and around 60% of people with hypertension end in stroke. Factors that cause hypertension are genetic factors and environmental factors such as obesity, stress, excessive salt consumption, smoking, and alcohol. Diabetes Mellitus is the sixth leading cause of death in the world. In Indonesia the prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus is around 4.8%. From the results of data collection regarding the PISPK data collection in the Pajang Health Center area in RW 10 Sondakan Laweyan Surakarta, it was found that the community had problems with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this activity is to detect non-communicable diseases and their prevention as well as improve the health status of Sondakan Village residents. The implementation method is carried out using a physical examination method in the form of a blood pressure health check and blood sugar check. Furthermore, with the educational method by providing health education to 58 residents. This method is carried out with 5 (five) main activity plans, namely preparation, socialization, implementation, evaluation and termination. Service activities prioritize early detection of non-communicable diseases, namely hypertension and diabetes mellitus. This program is carried out using physical examination and educational methods as an effort to prevent hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The result of this activity is that there are several residents of RW 10 Sondakan Village who have hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Residents already understand about non-communicable diseases and are willing to pay attention to healthy living behavior as a form of prevention efforts, residents are willing to carry out routine health checks at health facilities and health services which are carried out every month at the puskesmas

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to grow to achieve normal growth due to poor nutritional status in a long period of time. In the preliminary study, there were 5 children under two who were stunted at the Bringin Health Center and it was found that there was a lack of training and knowledge of cadres related to stunting. PkM participants are Stunting Cadres assisted by Bringin Community Health Center. The purpose of this PkM activity is to increase the knowledge of stunting cadres through digital-based education with the brainstorming method in stunting prevention. This is the basis for conducting community service with the title "Increasing Knowledge of Stunting Cadres in the Assisted Areas of Bringin Health Center through Digital-Based Education With Brainstorming Methods in the Era of Globalization in Stunting Prevention". The activity stage was preceded by coordination and communication activities with the Head of the Puskesmas and the Head of Cadres of the Assisted Areas of the Bringin Public Health Center, Semarang Regency. The implementation of Community Service (PKM) is carried out offline through digital-based education using the brainstorming method. The outputs of this PkM activity are the publication of scientific articles in the PkM journal, a 5-minute video of PkM activities, and the integration of the results of PkM activities in courses. The output of this PkM is expected to have an impact on increasing knowledge, improving the quality of abilities, as well as the real practice of stunting cadres in the Bringin Community Health Center target area in stunting prevention.
