The research method used was analytical research with a cross sectional approach. Using simple random sampling technique with a sample of 50 female adolescent girls in Wirengan Masaran Village. The research instrument was examination of anemia, administration of Fe tablets and digital HB measurements. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, namely chi quare. The results showed that 18 respondents (16.0%) were not anemic and who took Fe tablets during menstruation, while 19 respondents were anemic and did not consume Fe tablets. Based on the results of the Chi Square test, the p value = 0.003 < 0.05 with p value can be concluded that Ha is accepted. There was a relationship between consumption of Fe tablets during menstruation and the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls in the village of Wirengan Masaran, Sragen.

Abstract

Iron deficiency called anemia is still a health problem in Indonesia which has a bad impact on sufferers, especially in pregnant women. Pregnant women affected by anemia reach 40% -50%, meaning that 5 out of 10 pregnant women in Indonesia suffer from anemia. Fe tablets or blood booster tablets are 60 mg of iron and 0.5 mg of folic acid given orally or commonly referred to as oral iron therapy. The iron content in Fe tablets is greater than that of folic acid, this is because iron deficiency anemia is the main cause of anemia in pregnant women compared to other iron deficiencies. The purpose of this study to find out the compliance of Fe tablets consumption with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women and the difference in the incidence of anemia after giving Fe tablets to pregnant women. This type of research is a quasi-experimental two group pretest-posttest design research design. The study population was all pregnant women in the village of Ngasinan, Sukoharjo. The research sample was 35 pregnant women with random sampling techniques. Collecting data using examination of hemoglobin levels and a closed questionnaire. Data analysis with univariat analysis and multivariat analysis using one way anova. The results of the one way anova test results obtained F count was 19,735 with a significance of 0,000. In the hypothesis test the test decision is if F arithmetic > F table or significance value ≤ 0.05. There is a significant difference between compliant in consuming Fe tablets with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Abstract

Background: 16% of children under five in Indonesia have developmental disorders, both gross motor development and fine motor development. Approximately 35.4% developmental deviations such as deviations in gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and mental emotional deviations. In general, the purpose of preparing this scientific paper is to determine the relationship between the mother's level of knowledge about stimulation and the gross motor development of toddlers at the age of 3-5 years. Method: This type of research is analytical research with a correlation method using a cross sectional approach. The data used is quantitative data. The population in this study was 45 toddlers aged 3-5 years. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the chi squere test. Results: The results showed that the value c2hitung of the relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about stimulation and gross motor development of toddlers aged 3-5 years was 10,230 with a significance of p = 0.006. While the value of c2tabel at the 5% significance level with df = 2 is 5.991. Because of c2hitung > c2tabel (10.230>5,991), Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about stimulation and gross motor development of toddlers aged 3-5 years. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the mother's level of knowledge about stimulation and the development of children aged 3-5 years.

The design of this research descriptive correlation with a sample of 44 children under five were taken by purposive sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet for breastfeeding and an observation sheet for the nutritional status of toddlers. Bivariate analysis using chi square test. The result of the study  history of exclusive breastfeeding in this study reached 56.8% or 25 children. The majority of children in this study were not stunted. 52.3% or 23 children who received exclusive breastfeeding and did not experience stunting. The results of the chi square test showed p value = 0.000 (p value < 0.5) and r value 0.609. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-60 months in the working area of Mojolaban Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency.
