Establishing a business or industrial place must obtain a permit from the government which aims to protect the surrounding community to be protected from the possibility of disturbance or pollution caused by the industry. Therefore, in order to achieve this, it is necessary to have a system that automatically provides accurate and quick decisions in determining which company or industry is worthy of being granted a business license. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system in determining business premises or industry hinder ordonantie permits using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. This research stage consists of analysis, design, testing, and implementation adopted from the waterfall model. Data collection was carried out by interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used is the MFEP method to determine the final decision in granting nuisance permits to companies or industries. Samples or training data totaling 30 industry names in the Asahan Regency area. This system is tested with a black box which aims to find out if all components in the system are running well. Our findings show that the system we have created is appropriate based on the results of the analysis using the MFEP method. In addition, the results of black box testing show that all components in this system are valid and functioning properly.

Abstract: SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran is one of the schools that organizes the School Mobilization Program, has teachers who were on average born in the 1960s and 1970s, this shows that the teachers in SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran are generation X. School Mobilization Program focuses on developing student learning outcomes holistically which includes competence (literacy and numeracy) and character, starting from superior human resources (principals and teachers). With this program, teachers are required to continue to improve their abilities, both academic abilities and skills in supporting the teaching and learning process. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the teaching and learning process to be carried out online by utilizing existing technology. Teachers are used to teaching face-to-face in class. So that when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, it made it difficult for teachers to implement the use of online-based applications in carrying out the teaching and learning process. The solution we provide is to provide training to teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran in using the Google Classroom application to manage classes online with an implementation method, namely providing materials and collecting data. The target of this activity is that 90% of teachers are able to apply the Google Classrom application in the teaching and learning process.Keyword: google classroom; learning; teacher.Abstrak: SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menyelenggarakan Program Sekolah Penggerak, memiliki guru yang rata-rata lahir pada tahun 1960-an dan 1970-an, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran adalah generasi X. Program Mobilisasi Sekolah berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar siswa secara holistik yang meliputi kompetensi (literasi dan numerasi) dan karakter, dimulai dari sumber daya manusia yang unggul (kepala sekolah dan guru). Dengan program ini, guru dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuannya, baik kemampuan akademik maupun keterampilan dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa proses belajar mengajar dilakukan secara online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Guru terbiasa mengajar tatap muka di kelas. Sehingga saat Pandemi Covid-19 melanda, membuat para guru kesulitan untuk mengimplementasikan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis online dalam menjalankan proses belajar mengajar. Solusi yang kami berikan adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru di SMP Negeri 7 Kisaran dalam menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom untuk mengelola kelas secara online dengan metode implementasi yaitu memberikan materi dan mengumpulkan data. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah 90% guru mampu menerapkan aplikasi Google Classrom dalam proses belajar mengajar.Kata kunci: aplikasi; desktop; futsal; papan skor.

Cooking oil is a cooking ingredient made from palm oil. Cooking oil is one of the basic necessities used for the cooking process. Awi Market's cooking oil sales have experienced fluctuations or ups and downs in cooking oil sales. This is due to the instability of cooking oil sales, making Awi Market owners have difficulty determining the amount of cooking oil stock that will be sold in the next period. The purpose of this study is to predict the stock of cooking oil using the WMA method so that the stock of cooking oil in the following month can be fulfilled. the results of applying the Weighted Moving Average method to predict cooking oil stocks at Awi Market in May 2022, there will be 86.67 bimoli cooking oil stocks available with 19.97% MAPE error accuracy, 93.33 fortune with 20% MAPE error accuracy, sunco as much as 78.33 with 31.87% MAPE error accuracy, 53.33 tropicana slim with 29.74% MAPE error accuracy and rose brand as much as 55 per pack with 26.27% MAPE error accuracy. So it can be concluded that the WMA method can help the supply of cooking oil in the following month quickly and accurately.

Puskesmas Pulo Bandring is a functional implementing unit that functions as a center for health development. as a center for health services for the community, Puskesmas are required to always maintain patient trust, by improving the quality of their services. However, in reality in the field there is no system that can measure the level of satisfaction of health services at the Puskesmas Pulo Bandring. To overcome this problem, the researcher uses the Servqual Method, Service Quality is a method used to measure the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that the gap value will be obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions of the services that have been received and expectations of what will be received. received. The data that was processed in this study was obtained by giving a chair containing 22 questions to 30 patients seeking treatment at the Puskesmas Pulo Bandring. It was found that the satisfaction of patients seeking treatment at Puskesmas Pulo Bandring Public seen from the 5 dimensions of the servqual had a reality value of 4.00 and an expected value of 4.62 so that there was a gap of -0.62. This gap occurs due to the non-fulfillment of patient expectations with the quality of services provided by the Puskesmas Pulo Bandring. . PT. Agro Putra Lestari adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit berlokasi di sebuah perkampungan Simundul Desa Gajah Sakti Kecamatan Bandar Pulo Kabupaten Asahan memiliki akses jalan ke pelosok sehingga tidak terjamah PLN untuk memasokkan sumber listrik sehingga tidak ada satu pun penerangan. Tujuan pengabdian ini menerapkan Solar Cell sebagai sumber energi listrik alternatif secara mandiri tanpa polus dan bahan bakar dengan memanfaatkan sumber cahaya dari matahari. Berdasarkan hasil instalasi, diperoleh trendline hubungan antara sudut datang sinar matahari dengan tegangan yang dihasilkan. Dari analisa data didapat fungsi y = -0.0001x2 + 0.0071x + 19.714 dengan R2 = 0.9672. Energi yang dihasilkan jika menggunakan solar tracker dengan sudut deviasi 5° menghasilkan energi yang paling besar.
