Abstract: Education is one of the basic needs that must be met by every individual. Everyone has the right to receive proper education, both normal people and people with special needs, one of which is people with visual needs. In the learning process, blind people generally use special letters in terms of reading and writing, namely braille letters or characters. From the results of observations at SDLB Negeri 017700, a problem was found, namely that there were no special teachers who taught braille and students still had difficulty recognizing braille letters. Therefore, a tool is proposed, namely a braille letter recognition tool with android control based on Arduino with a Servo motor as the tool driver and HC-05 as a link between Android and the device being made. This tool not only aims to assist teachers in delivering material about braille letters, but also aims to help students recognize braille letters. Keywords: Android; Arduino; Braille letters; Education; tool Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok yang harus dipenuhi setiap individu. Semua orang berhak menerima pendidikan yang layak, baik orang normal maupun orang dengan kebutuhan khusus salah satunya orang dengan kebutuhan Tunanetra. Dalam proses pembelajarannya, penyandang tunanetra umumnya menggunakan huruf khusus dalam hal membaca dan menulis yaitu huruf atau aksara braille. Dari hasil observasi di SDLB Negeri 017700, ditemukan masalah yaitu belum adanya guru khusus yang mengajarkan huruf braille dan murid masih kesulitan dalam mengenali huruf braille. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan alat yaitu alat pengenalan huruf braille dengan kontrol android dengan berbasiskan Arduino dengan motor Servo sebagai penggerak alat dan HC-05 sebagai penghubung antara android dan alat yang dibuat. Alat ini selain bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi tentang huruf braille, tetapi bertujuan juga untuk membantu murid dalam mengenali huruf braille. Abstract: Community Service Activities in the form of training utilization of computer technology for teachers in the processing of student value aims to provide knowledge and skills, which’s expected to result in changes in knowledge, skills and attitudes of teachers and students so that process of learning and teaching can run smoothly and easily . Target audience in this Community Service activity’s all teachers of SMPN 2 S.Empat which amounts to 30 people. Training activities utilization of computer technology in the world of education’s presented by lecture methods, demonstrations and frequently asked questions. Lecture method’s used to explain the concept of the application used is M.Excell. A demonstration method to demonstrate a process of work’s the stages of each activity and practice it, while the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity to consult in overcoming the constraints that occur in the processing of values manually. The benefits derived from this activity include improving the knowledge of teachers to be more professional in carrying out teaching and learning process either inside or outside school, can improve student learning activities through IPTEKS satisfaction, can simplify the process of calculating student value computerized with the help of M. Excell . Keywords :Utilization of Computer Technology, Microsoft Excel, Input Value Data. Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer bagi guru-guru dalam pengolahan nilai siswa ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari guru maupun siswa sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan mudah.Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat yang berjumlah 30 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam dunia pendidikan ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Microsoft Excell. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahapan-tahapan dari setiap kegiatan dan mempraktikkannya, sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dalam pengolahan nilai secara manual.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapatmeningkatkan pengetahuan para guru agar lebih profesional dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar baik didalam atau diluar sekolah, dapat meningkatkan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa melalui penguasan IPTEKS, dapat mempermudah proses perhitungan nilai siswa secara komputerisasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excell. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Teknologi Komputer, Microsoft Excel, Penginputan Data Nilai.

Abstract: Community service activities which are given the title “Use of Social Media As Information Media UPT. Porsea Health Center” aims to provide information to all Porsea people about health openly. The method used in this activity is direct observation to the healt center by retrieving data along with documentation from Porsea health center all of which will later be poured out on social media. other than that, data and information collection also carried out by the lecturer team as the perpetrator of this service activity by direct interview to staff and employees which is in the Porsea health center. The final result of this service utilize social media as information giver to porsea society equipped with supporting pictures. Keywords: Social Media, Information, Helath Center, Whatsapp Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberi judul “Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Sebagai Media Informasi UPT. Puskesmas Porsea” bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada seluruh masyarakat porsea tentang kesehatan secara terbuka. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke puskesmas dengan mengambil data-data beserta dokumentasi dari puskesmas Porsea yang nantinya akan dituangkan semuanya media sosial. Selain itu, pengumpulan data dan informasi juga dilakukan tim dosen selaku pelaku kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada staf dan pegawai yang ada di lingkungan puskesmas Porsea. Abstract : Indonesia as one of the countries that have agreed on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is committed to the successful implementation of the SDGs through various activities and demonstrates its commitment by issuing Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Achieving Sustainable Development Goals. The Central Statistics Agency of Asahan Regency implements the Cinta Statistik Village Sectoral Statistics Development Program or the so-called Beautiful Village and the 2021 Cinta Statistics Village SDGs Entry Program. The Cinta Statistics Village Development Program (Desa Cantik) focuses on increasing literacy, awareness and the active role of village/kelurahan officials and the community in organizing activities. Manual data management is still not effective and efficient to work quickly, precisely and accurately. With the development of technology, it is necessary to design a web-based SDGs Cinta Statistics application using the codeigniter framework by developing an agile method where this method is a software development method that is needed when the system has undergone repair or renewal. This application will help BPS Asahan employees work more effectively and efficiently so that the stored data is safe, fast, precise and accurate. Keywords: Village SDGs; Agile Method; CodeIgniter Framework Abstrak : Indonesia sebagai salah satu Negara yang telah menyepakati penerapan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) / Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) berkomitmen untuk menyukseskan pelaksanaan SDGs melalui berbagai kegiatan dan menunjukkan komitmen dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Asahan melaksanakan Program Pembinaan Statistik Sektoral Desa Cinta Statistik atau yang disebut Desa Cantik dan Program Entry SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik Tahun 2021. Program Pembinaan Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) berfokus pada meningkatkan literasi, kesadaran dan peran aktif perangkat desa/kelurahan dan masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Pengelolaan data secara manual tersebut masih kurang efektif dan efesien untuk bekerja dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi maka perlulah dirancang sebuah aplikasi SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan mengembangkan metode agile dimana metode ini adalah metode pengembangan software yang dibutuhkan ketika sistem telah mengalami perbaikan atau pembaharuan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan membantu pegawai BPS Asahan bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga data yang tersimpan aman, cepat, tepat dan akurat. Neurological disease is a disease that attacks the nervous system in the human body. Neurological consist of millions of nerve fibers that have parts of nerve cells that are interconnected and function as growth, brain development, feeling sensation, perception, thoughts and emotions, as well as movement and balance in the human body. Neurological disease is caused by impact of hard objects, exposure to chemicals, viruses or bacteria and inflammation caused by the regeneration of nerve cells themselves. Most people do not know for sure and underestimate the symptoms of neurological disease. An expert system is a knowledge system that provides information or solutions based on the knowledge of an expert to produce information and solutions. The method used in this study is the Forward Chaining method. The forward search process begins with the premise or input information (IF) then leads to conclusions or derivative information (THEN) such as, IF (Input Information) THEN (conclusion) in the form of data, evidence, findings or symptoms. While conclusions can be in the form of goals, hypotheses, explanations or diagnoses. In this study, an expert system will be designed that is used to diagnose human neurological diseases using the Forward Chaining method as a tool system or provide diagnostic results to users based on symptoms and know the types of neurological diseases and know how to treat them.

Sales is the purchase of an item from one party to another by getting money from that party, whether in the form of electronics, clothing, food and others. One of the businesses engaged in the business of selling clothing which includes clothes, pants, bags, shoes and others that are sold to customers is Jannah Boutique. the need for a media in the form of a system that integrates marketing, ordering and customer service into an online-based application that can manage the relationship between the company and its customers. The method used in this research is the concept of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) because it can be a company solution in company service management and can utilize customer databases and their complaints to be input and improvement of the company and can make it easier for customers to place orders (orders) and serve as as a promotional media for company products that can save the company's costs in promoting products to customers. This study resulted in E-CRM on fashion product sales at Jannah boutiques able to integrate existing functions within the company, namely marketing, product sales, information and can improve customer service. The conclusion obtained by E-CRM can improve store performance in service, sales and getting new customers.

Sparrows are a type of pest that is very detrimental to rice farmers, even though these bird pests are small in size but in very large numbers, causing rice farmers to be overwhelmed in protecting rice from pests. Efforts made by farmers in protecting rice from bird pests by using scarecrows that work less effectively, it is necessary to have a scarecrow robot that can work effectively by utilizing solar heat as an energy supply. The rice field robot will be placed in the middle of the rice field that has issued a grain with a size of 20mx20m by utilizing the LDR sensor as a switch to turn on and off automatically, where the robot is equipped with 4 sound sensors placed in each corner of the rice field to detect the sound of birds on the ground. when the robot's sound sensor detects the sound of bird pests, the DC motor mounted on the robot body will move to rotate the robot body left and right along with the servo installed on the two robot arms will move in opposite directions from 00-1800 or 1800-00 and the DFPlayer will make a sound to scare away bird pests that will attack rice. Finally, the author hopes that this research can be further developed so that it can increase the use of the robot in bird repellent

Money is a very important thing for human life in meeting the needs of life, as a medium of exchange in payment for the buying and selling process. The importance of money causes some people to try to have as much money as possible, even in a way that is against the law like make and circulate counterfeit money. Counterfeit money is counterfeit currency that is produced without legal authorization and permission from the state or government. The circulation and manufacture of counterfeit money is very detrimental to the economy of the country and the small community because it is difficult to distinguish counterfeit money by naked eye and tools to detect counterfeit money are not commonly used and existing tools do not detect paper money through the holographic bars contained in banknotes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether banknotes were included in the original or counterfeit category using LDR sensors, ultrasonic sensors, UV lamps, lasers, and UV sensors. Ultrasonic function to read the distance, if appropriate, it will automatically turn on the UV lamp which will be captured by the UV sensor, so that the holograms on the banknotes can be clearly seen and the laser is used to illuminate the bars on the money if the laser does not penetrate and the light will be received by the banknote. LDR sensor that adjusts to a predetermined value range, the results can be seen on the LCD screen and hear the sound from the speakers. It is hoped that the existence of this money detector can be used to help people avoid the circulation of counterfeit money and develop it further
