Abstract

Language is a means of communication. Indonesian has become a language that has become the identity of the country, the use of Indonesian in the current generation can be classified as very low, with many influencing factors such as individual communication habits and environmental factors. Even though many of the guides are in Indonesian, it's because the attitude looks modern and educational to facilitate communication among millennials. The term millennial generation, which depends a lot on maturity, is currently on the rise, especially on social media. Netizens often refer to him as a child today. This generation exists as an adjustment between the old generation who lived in the 90s and the current generation of individuals. From an age perspective, it can be said that the current millennial generation is between 14 and 30 years old. This language contains expressions, pronunciations, and structures that have been used for a long time. The phrases, word choices, and then the speech of the generations vary at different frequencies. There are parts of speech, especially at the lexical and syntactic levels, that are experienced by more "modern" speakers than by "older" ones.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: perencanaan sekolah dalam menghasilkan mutu lulusan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Al-Faruqi Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Jenis penelitian yaitu: penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, majelis guru, peserta didik dan alumni, sedangkan objeknya yaitu, perencanaan sekolah dalam menghasilkan mutu lulusan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sekolah membuat prencanaan sekolah berdasarkan prinsip mutu, setiap perencanaan dari program kerja pendidikan dilaksanakan setelah satu semester berakhir. Diakhir semester akan ada kegiatan evaluasi dalam menelaah setiap kekurangan dan permasalahan yang akan muncul. Perencanaan yang dibuat merupakan hasil kerja keras secara bersama dalam menghasilkan prestasi pada peserta didik untuk menjadi alumni yang bermutu. Strategi yang dilakukan dengan memberikan inovasi perangkat pembelajaran secara terus menerus dengan kreatifitas yang dimiliki oleh tenaga pendidik agar terlaksana dengan baik sesuai Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Faktor pendukung adalah sekolah memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan orang tua atau wali peserta didik, alumni yang lulus memiliki kemampuan yang mempuni dalam keahlian tata boga dan tata busana. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu, lulusan yang tamat masih memilih untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang perkuliahan yang umum yang tidak linearitas dengan program keahliannya semasa di sekolah. Jumlah peserta didik yang relatif sedikit membuat anggaran yang diterima dari pemerintah melalui bantuan operasional sekolah juga sedikit, tenaga pendidik masih belum memiliki sertifikat profesional bahkan pengalaman mengajar pada suatu lembaga pendidikan sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Sekolah, Mutu Lulusan, Pendidikan
