Abstract

PT. Yogya Presisi Tehnikatama Industri merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi produk plastikyang proses produksinya sangat tergantung pada ketersediaan bahan baku biji plastik. Permintaan konsumen yangsemakin kompleks mengharuskan perusahaan untuk menyediakan bahan baku dengan tepat sehingga prosesproduksi dapat berjalan lancar. Masalah keterlambatan kedatangan bahan baku dari supplier dan kesalahanperhitungan kebutuhan bahan baku juga dapat menjadi masalah dalam persediaan bahan baku produksi, karena itusangat dibutuhkan menejemen yang baik mengenai persediaan bahan baku biji plastik di gudang. Pada penelitian inibahan baku dikelompokkan sesuai kekritisannya menggunakan klasifikasi ABC, kemudian dilakukan prosesperamalan kebutuhan bahan baku dan menghitung Safety Stock. Perhitungan lot size menggunakan metode SilverMeal bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang paling optimal serta menentukan Reorder Point bahan baku dankemudian melakukan penjadwalan persediaan bahan baku. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh 1 jenis bahanbaku klasifikasi A, 3 bahan baku klasifikasi B dan 10 bahan baku klasifikasi C. Klasifikasi A berarti diharapkanperusahaan lebih fokus terhadap persediaan bahan baku klasifikasi A. Peramalan menunjukkan hasil yang konstansetiap bulannya selama tahun 2016 pada setiap bahan baku. Safety stock berbeda untuk setiap bahan bakunya yaituberkisar 0 sampai 3,9 kg. Lot Size menunjukkan jumlah dan waktu pemesanan yang optimal serta reorder pointberkisar antara 132,5 hingga 63,2 sehingga dengan Lead Time selama 7 hari dapat dilakukan penjadwalanpersediaan bahan baku untuk tahun 2016.Kata kunci: Klasifikasi ABC, lot size, Silver Meal, Penjadwalan bahan baku.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that refers to the company's responsibility to the environment and society to provide benefits both internally for the company and externally for the community and the government. The purpose of this article is to find out how PT PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo Main Distribution Unit manages the CSR program. This case study involves the people of Budo Village. The logical framework method through the development of tourist areas and the development of MSEs. The results of the study show that the natural aspect of this program helps in increasing the promotion of Mangrove Forest tourism in Budo Village. From the economic aspect, this program greatly supports the economy of the community and the government of Budo Village through the maintenance of tourist attractions and the improvement of MSEs with the existence of Smart Houses. From the social aspect, this program is expected to increase the productivity and living standards of the people of Budo Village. Children can learn and recreation at a leisurely pace without feeling overwhelmed. From the aspect of welfare, the first impact felt is the improvement of people's living standards, creating a smart community and always following technological developments. Second, the realization of the PLN Empowered Village Program "PLN Empowered Villages" based on SDG's.
