Abstract

The Qur'an as a revelation and text has messages that are intended for humans. Where the messages contain values as a way of life for humans. One of the values contained in the Qur'an is communication. communication as a process of interaction of someone with another person, group or organization where someone, group or organization declares something.This paper intends to explain what are the roles of Muhamadiyah in building communication in order to strengthen inter-religious relations. The result was in the Muhammadiyah communication referring to Qawlan Sadidan, Qawlan Baligha, Qawlan Karima, Qawlan Ma'rufan, Qawlan Layyina, Qawlan Maisura, in each activity such as socializing with the minister, giving advice to the governor. As a form of coordination with the government. Next is Facilitating and mediating FKUB of regency/city that is facing problems, harmony studies in several provinces, Making harmony village pilot projects, participating in recitation activities, and regular annual prayer.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research discusses the Tikrar Method, which is one of the methods used to memorize the Qur'an which is widely applied in various Qur'anic educational institutions in Indonesia. This method is used by repeating the verses that want to be memorized and those that have been memorized, so that by using this method the memorization becomes stronger and does not forget easily.Therefore, this thesis discusses the application of the Tikrar method in memorizing the Qur'an at the Dzurriyatul Huffazh Hajimena Qur'an House in South Lampung Regency. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Tikrar method in the institution and how the learning stages of the Tikrar method.This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a field approach. In this study the techniques used in data collection are using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The subjects of research are the Head of the Foundation, tahfizh Supervising Teacher and Santri.Based on the results of the researcher's observations, it can be concluded that the tikrar method is very effective in memorizing the Qur'an, with this method the achievement of memorization targets can be achieved with good memorization quality. This method is very typical by repeating verses so that they can memorize without memorizing aloud. Keywords: Method, Tikrar, RQ-Duha.

Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai riba adalah setiap tambahan termasuk bunga, muncul akibat dari pinjam meminjam uang sebagaimana ketentuan nas Surat al Imron ayat 130. Hal ini masih menjadi perselisihan para Ulama, meskipun telah ditetapkan fatwa haramnya. Bagi yang memahami makna tekstual Surat al Imron ayat 130 sehingga setiap bentuk lebihan dari jumlah hutang adalah jelas riba. Dengan menggunakan penekatan ma‟na-cum-maghza, artikel ini melakukan reinterpretasi terhadap al Quran surat al Imron ayat 130. Hasil dari reinterpretasi tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa makna adh’afan mudha’afah yang pertama adalah untuk mensifati suatu peristiwa, bukan sebagai sarat yang menghubungkan dengan suatu hokum”. Kedua adalah riba tidak terbatas pada praktik yang berlaku di zazirah Arab saja, tetapi riba merupakan sifat yang lazim bagi system ini pada setiap waktu.Ketiga bahwa larangan riba bersifat permanen (abadi).
