Abstract

The teacher's role is very important because teachers can apply different procedures in the classroom to achieve their learning objectives. Today, learning with the simultaneous use of conscious and subconscious mind is widely discussed by educational professionals. Teaching with two minds is called hypnoteaching, and a teacher who practices hypnosis in the classroom is called a hypnotist. If a teacher can apply the principles of hypnosis in the classroom, then the teacher is a hypnotic teacher. This research is quantitative with the aim of knowing the effect of the hypnoteaching method on student learning outcomes. The research was conducted online at SMA Antarctica Sidoarjo class X. Determination of the sample is done randomly as many as 15 students. This study uses tests and observations as data collection techniques. Analysis of the data obtained r = 0.271 with a percentage coefficient of determination of 27.1%. Based on the partial test, it was stated that there was an effect of the hypnoteaching method on student learning outcomes in the absolute value material with a sig value. (0.046) which is more than (0.05).

Abstract

This activity aims to disseminate information about the importance of implementing 3M during the COVID-19 pandemic, distribute masks and hand sanitizer. Covid-19 pandemic is not over yet. But community activities began to be carried out again in the new normal. Many people have disobeyed health protocols. This is one of the reasons for the need to re-socialize the importance of health protocols. This activity was held in several areas of Sidoarjo. The method in this activity is counseling. The result of this activity is an increase in public awareness of COVID-19. Keywords: Covid-19, New Normal, health protocol

Abstract

Thematic KKN in Prasung Village is divided into several Posdaya including health Posdaya, Environmental Posdaya, Arts and Culture Posdaya, Economic Posdaya, Education Posdaya, and Religious Posdaya. The most prominent Posdaya is the Education Posdaya. This is because the program created has a positive impact on local residents, especially elementary school students in Prasung. The main target of this activity is elementary school students in Prasung Village. It aims to assist parents in assisting their children's learning and increasing their learning motivation. This activity is carried out in 3 stages. In the first stage, observations were made on the target of the activity program to determine the appropriate method for the target conditions and situations. In the second stage, tutoring held for 4 weeks. At the last stage, a quiz competition was held. The results of this activity are that children understand the lessons at school more, children become more enthusiastic, confident, and happy to learn, this activity can help parents in children's learning activities.
