Abstract

This study examines the effect of price perception, corporate image and brand image on customersatisfaction and loyalty. Data collected through the survey by distributing questionnaires to 120respondents. Data processing using SPSS Version 16th. The Results of the study showed that: (1)Perception does not affect the price of customer satisfaction. (2) The image of the company positive effecton customer satisfaction. (3) Brand image has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (4) Customersatisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty. (5) The price does not affect the perception of customerloyalty. (6) The image of the company positive effect on customer loyalty. (7) Brand image has positiveeffect on customer loyalty.Keywords: price perception, corporate image, brand image, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

Tuberculosis merupakan suatu infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang terutama menyerang paru-paru sebanyak 80 %. Infeksi yang terjadi bisa bersifat silent, latent atau aktif. Pengobatan pasien tuberculosis memiliki regimen pengobatan dimana terdiri dari fase awal (intensif) selama 2 bulan dan fase lanjutan selama 4-6 bulan. Selama fase intensif pasien akan menggunakan 4 macam obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pasien Tuberculosis di RSUD Dr. Loekmono Hadi Periode September 2018 – Februari 2019 berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, obat. Kerasionalan terapi pasien Tuberculosis di DI RSUD Dr. Loekmono Hadi Periode September 2018 – Februari 2019, berdasarkan tepat indikasi, tepat obat, tepat pasien, dan tepat dosis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode retrospektif, dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan guidline tuberculosis, yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah data rekam medis pasien TBC. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien TBC di RSUD Dr. Loekmono Hadi Periode September 2018 – Februari 2019. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan penggunaan obat antituberculosis berdasarkan tepat indikasi, obat, pasien dan dosis sebesar 100%. Kata kunci : Terapi,Tuberculosis, kuesioner, kerasionalan
