Abstract

The obstacle to regional progress and the main cause of social problems is due to the large number of poor people, so there must be a poverty management program by the government, one of which is citizen assistance. The selection process by the local village apparatus is very much needed in the process of determining the recipients of citizen assistance, because the quota for the recipients of citizen assistance is less than that of registrants for citizen assistance. The distribution of aid does not fall to the right party resulting in injustice to other underprivileged families so that it creates several problems, where the method that will be used is Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic. In this study, the data used are land area, income of residents, number of dependents of the family. The evaluation method carried out in this study is using a confusion matrix, for one test the level of accuracy produced is 92.74%. Based on the experiment, it can be concluded that the Tsukamoto algorithm is quite accurate in determining citizen assistance to the residents of Kasreman Village, Rembang.

Abstract

Penyakit paru-paru merupakan masalah kesehatan serius di Indonesia, dengan peningkatan kasus dan kematian yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi penyakit paru-paru menggunakan algoritma Random Forest dengan metode optimasi fitur Forward Selection. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 1.000 sampel dengan 10 atribut. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahap: pertama, pengujian awal algoritma Random Forest tanpa optimasi fitur, dan kedua, pengujian dengan optimasi fitur menggunakan metode Forward Selection. Hasil pengujian awal menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 89,45%, Presisi 83.20%, Recall 100.00%. Setelah menerapkan optimasi fitur, akurasi meningkat menjadi 92,46%, presisi 95,88%, recall 89.42%. Peningkatan akurasi sebesar 3,01% ini menegaskan pentingnya optimasi fitur dalam meningkatkan performa model klasifikasi. Analisis atribut penting mengidentifikasi bahwa aktivitas olahraga, kebiasaan merokok, dan usia merupakan faktor yang paling signifikan dalam memprediksi penyakit paru-paru. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa penggunaan metode optimasi fitur seperti Forward Selection dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi prediksi model klasifikasi penyakit paru-paru.

Abstract

Enhancing the competence of Vocational High School students in the field of information technology is a primary priority to address the challenges of Industry 4.0 and the demands of the business and industrial world. Computer Troubleshooting Training is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical mastery in the classroom and students' practical skills in handling various technical issues with computer devices. The primary challenge faced by students is a lack of understanding regarding systematic diagnostic methodologies, which frequently leads to human error during the repair process. This training employs a combination of interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on laboratory sessions. The training modules encompass hardware failure identification and software optimization. The expected outcome of this activity is an increase in students' technical independence and their readiness for job traning. By mastering methodical troubleshooting techniques, students are expected to provide efficient, rapid, and accurate technical solutions within a professional work environment.

Abstract

The rapid growth of networked systems has increased the complexity of network traffic and the risk of cyber-attacks, making intrusion detection more challenging. Machine learning approaches have been widely used to address this issue; however, their performance often depends on appropriate hyperparameter settings. This study examined the effect of Bayesian-based hyperparameter optimization on the performance of supervised machine learning models for network traffic classification. A publicly available dataset was used, consisting of various traffic-related features and labeled instances indicating normal or malicious activity. Several machine learning models, including Random Forest, Decision Tree, AdaBoost, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, and Naïve Bayes, were evaluated. Each model was tested using default parameters and then optimized using Bayesian Optimization. The performance was assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results showed that ensemble-based models, particularly Gradient Boosting and Random Forest, achieved the best performance after optimization, with accuracy values above 89% and strong F1-scores. However, the findings also revealed a trade-off between precision and recall, where higher precision was often associated with lower detection of certain attack instances. In contrast, simpler models such as Logistic Regression showed lower performance, indicating their limitations in capturing complex patterns. Overall, the study demonstrated that Bayesian-based hyperparameter optimization contributed to improving model performance and provided a more reliable approach for network traffic classification.

Abstract

The level of mathematical ability of students in Indonesia based on the survey results of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development is still low. Various factors that affect the low ability of mathematics to learn are stress experienced by students who think that mathematics is difficult to understand, learning methods that affect the knowledge transfer process are not optimal. The use of technology in the learning process in visual form is one of several solutions to create an effective learning process. The type of visual form of learning media is in the form of games. This study aims to provide alternative learning about trigonometry based on mobile game mathematics in a case study at SMK Pakuan Lembang. Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Applications were tested using the black box method (application test) and User Acceptend Test (UAT). The test results of 26 respondents on 3 variables (design, features and user satisfaction) showed that overall it was in accordance with user needs (85.4%).

Abstract

Sebagian besar fungsi pesawat sipil dicapai melalui perangkat lunak saat ini. Oleh karena itu, keamanan perangkat lunak udara telah menjadi bagian penting dari analisis keselamatan. Namun, untuk mencapai fungsi yang kompleks, perangkat lunak onboard menjadi sangat rumit, dan biasanya sulit untuk menjamin keamanannya. ARP4761 (Pedoman dan Metode untuk Melakukan Proses Penilaian Keselamatan pada Sistem dan Peralatan Lintas Udara Sipil) adalah pedoman penilaian keselamatan yang penting untuk pesawat sipil, tetapi ARP4761 percaya bahwa pengembangan perangkat lunak dapat memenuhi keselamatan selama proses pengembangan perangkat lunak sesuai dengan pengembangan perangkat lunak. standar, alih-alih memasukkan perangkat lunak ke dalam proses analisis keselamatan. Untuk meningkatkan keamanan perangkat lunak udara, makalah ini mengusulkan metode analisis keamanan berdasarkan proses ARP4761 yang disesuaikan untuk beradaptasi dengan perangkat lunak. Dalam persyaratan dan desain perangkat lunak, metode ini menggunakan Functional Hazard Assessment (FHA) untuk menganalisis bahaya perangkat lunak dan menentukan tingkat bahaya, kemudian menggunakan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk membangun pohon kesalahan perangkat lunak, dan melaksanakan Common Cause Analysis (CCA) analisis berdasarkan pohon kesalahan; setelah pengembangan perangkat lunak selesai, metode menggunakan Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) dan Failure Modes and Effects Summary (FMES) untuk meringkas kegagalan perangkat lunak dan mengembalikan kegagalan ini ke pohon kesalahan untuk menentukan apakah perangkat lunak dapat memenuhi yang ditentukan persyaratan. Di akhir artikel, perangkat lunak anti-icing digunakan sebagai contoh untuk menjelaskan metode keefektifan dan proses.

Abstract

Pengadaan yaitu kegiatan untuk membeli barang, bahkan bahan bangunan, peralatan usaha, peralatan perbaikan, mesin produksi, dan jasa yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan praktikum. Kini, Politeknik TEDC Bandung untuk mengajukan alat dan bahan praktikum telah menggunakan sistem, namun sistem saat ini belum mampu untuk memudahkan pengajuan alat dan bahan di Politeknik TEDC Bandung, dikarenakan ada kekurangan-kekurangan serta masalah pada sistem pengajuan. Oleh karena itu dibuat pengembangan sistem informasi pengajuan alat dan bahan yang bertujuan supaya sistem yang dikembangkan dapat benar-benar memudahkan dalam melakukan pengajuan alat dan bahan. Pengembangan sistem informasi pengajuan alat dan bahan ini menggunakan model waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box, fitur-fitur yang ada pada sistem pengajuan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya. Lalu, dari hasil uji UAT, pengembangan sistem informasi ini memperoleh bukti dapat digunakan dengan sangat baik untuk pengguna sistem dengan persentase mencapai nilai 94.25%.
