Abstract

AbstractThe world’s energy needs keep rising but numerous difficulties remain to meet energy needs. Technological, financing, and biomass raw material issues hinder biomass energy expansion. Renewable energy development faces this main challenge. Converting biomass into energy is still expensive. High�tech investments cost more. Modern technology demands lots of raw materials. Industrial biodiesel capacity is 12.5 million kilolitres. 3 million kilolitres, or 25%, are used. Funding issues also exist. Bioenergy processors require incentives to invest. Improve regulations to sustain investment. The financial services authority should sponsor and finance green projects like renewable energy development to help this industry grow and survive. However, feedstock availability and sustainability remain the biggest challenge. Feedstock supply and biomass price stability remain challenges. Therefore, stakeholders and the government and businesses that use their resources must cooperate and coordinate. Planning, regulation, and coordination are the keys to preserving the biomass resource activity cycle. The government should strengthen regulations through linked ministries to ensure its sustainability.Keywords: biomass energy conversion, technological limitations, finance limits, biomass raw material availability, legislation for biomass energy

Abstract

To meet its domestic energy demands, Indonesia continues to minimize its reliance on fossil fuels and rely more on renewable energy sources. This is done to guarantee that the energy is distributed evenly throughout the area. Given the potential and availability of renewable energy sources in nature, Indonesia can meet the EBT mix target of 23% in 2025 and 31% in 2030. It’s only that attaining the EBT mix target is difficult; Indonesia faces numerous hurdles. As a result, based on the most recent books and research, this study addresses the obstacles that Indonesia faces in meeting market demand for new and renewable energy goods and services. These obstacles, it is anticipated, would subsequently push Indonesia to take bold moves in rejuvenating the energy sector, strategic policies, and major investment.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kerja, partisipasi, kesempatan berkembang dan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikn Aceh Jaya. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 76 orang pegawai, dan model penarikan sampel menggunakan model slovin sehingga diperoleh 43 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kerja, partisipasi, kesempatan berkembang dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikn Aceh Jaya, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase 94.4% dan yang sisanya 5.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (159.381>2.619), maka secara simultan kualitas kerja, partisipasi, kesempatan berkembang dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Aceh Jaya. Hasil pengujian uji t menyatakan bahwa kualitas kerja, partisipasi, kesempatan berkembang dan komunikasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Aceh Jaya, karena thitung>ttabel (3.035, 7.083, 6.934 dan 2.971>2.018), sehingga pernyataan hipotesis Ha dapat diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka dapat diketahui bahwa dari keempat variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel partisipasi (X2) yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Aceh Jaya, dengan nilai koefesien sebesar 0.876, dan diikuti oleh variabel kesempatan berkembang (X3) mempunyai nilai koefisien sebesar 0.615, kemudian diikuti oleh variabel kualitas kerja (X1) mempunyai nilai koefisien sebesar 0.319, dan selanjutnya diikuti oleh variabel komunikasi (X4) mempunyai nilai koefisien sebesar 0.315.
