Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create an E-Archive of Documents on Bappelitbang the City of Bandung, that serves as a system for collecting information in the form of documents that are stored using computer technology shaped the electronic document with the aim that the documents are easily viewed, managed, found and used again. The research method we apply is SDLC (Problem Indentification, Data Analysist, Application Design, Testing and Implementation. An E-Document Archive is a web-based as well as using PHPRAD as the application program as well as the XAMPP Server in the form of Apache and MySQL as server local. While the Navigation Structure is used as a flow of a program as well UML and DFD are used to represent the process flow of work between functions. The results of this study are to facilitate archiving activities that previously had to archive manually, which could cause data to be damaged or even lost which could be caused by excess storage, maintenance cocts, and other factors, but with the E-Archive Document the resulting performance becomes effective and efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to overcome the many calculation errors in inventory recording caused by recording the inventory manually, the frequent occurrence of delays in making drug inventory reports caused by the accumulation of incoming goods transaction data and outgoing goods data. The research method that we apply is SDLC (Analyze, Design System, Coding, Testing, and Implementation). Designed using PHP version 7 programming language with CodeIgniter 3 Framework, UI uses Bootstrap 4 and Javascript Library, for the database using Mysql database. While the Navigation Structure is used as the flow of a program and Flowchart is used to represent the flow of work processes between functions. The result of this research is to handle incoming and outgoing goods transactions to produce accurate inventory reports.

Abstract

From now on, technology and people will become one, like two things that cannot be separated. When two elements are related and can be combined into one system. A current general term that includes the term information system. The purpose of developing the information system itself is to create a product containing useful information. As a government agency implementing the Regional Technology Unit (UPTD), Stimulant is critical to maintaining and operating existing government systems. Of course, data collection also requires accurate, complete and appropriate information systems. However, here we found a problem with the section of the data management information system for artists who are eligible to receive stimulants from the UPTD service. This is due to delays in sending artist data to UPTD. Data were acquired in a descriptive manner using a qualitative approach. As students who are actively engaged in technological development, and as a form of involvement in development, we are well-suited to play a role in serving the communities around us by proposing better systems to the government. The system we have created is in the form of a website where data can be uploaded and easily accessed by administrators of the UPTD service. By applying a waterfall method that creates a container for the artist's data.
