Abstract

ABSTRACTCurrently, the village has autonomy in developing both natural and human resources. Village potential can be built through promotion and introduction of village profiles to the wider community so that they are known to a wide audience. One potential that is still hidden and needs to be explored is the potential in Sukoreno village, Jember district, which is rich in diversity. Unfortunately, the uniqueness of the six religions (Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, Hinduism, Sapta Dharma and Perjalan Beliefs) that live in harmony and coexist with each other is still unknown to people outside the village. Even the branding of Sukoreno village as Pancasila Village is not yet popular. The need for branding is important for the village. Community service tries to facilitate this need by involving the youth of Sukoreno Village as the subject. The social media training was presented as an effort to introduce Pancasila village as well as to build virtual houses which had been neglected so far. As a result, the village youth gradually succeeded in filling out content both on the website and on social media. In addition, visits, likes in virtual houses continue to increase every day which will provide a multiplier effect to the village. Keywords: Pancasila Village, Branding, Digital Home, Empowerment, Youth.  ABSTRAKDesa saat ini memilliki otonomi dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. Potensi desa bisa dibangun melalui promosi dan pengenalan profil desa kepada masyarakat luas agar dikenal khalayak luas. Salah satu potensi yang masih terpendam dan perlu digali adalah potensi di desa Sukoreno kabupaten Jember yang kaya akan keberagamaan dan keragamannya. Sayangnya keunikan dengan enam agama (Islam, Katolik, Protestan, Hindu, Aliran Kepercayaan Sapta Dharma dan Perjalan) yang hidup rukun dan saling berdampingan masih belum dikenal oleh masyarakat luar desa secara luar. Bahkan branding desa Sukoreno sebagai Desa Pancasila juga belum populer. Kebutuhan akan branding menjadi keniscayaan bagi desa. Pengabdian ini hadir untuk mencoba memfasilitasi kebutuhan tersebut dengan melibatkan pemuda Desa Sukoreno sebagai subjeknya. Pelatihan media sosial dihadirkan sebagai upaya mengenalkan desa Pancasila sekaligus membangun rumah maya yang selama ini diabaikan. Hasilnya secara bertahap pemuda desa berhasil untuk mengisi konten baik pada website maupun media sosial. Selain itu kunjungan, like dalam rumah maya terus meningkat setiap harinya yang akan memberikan multiplier effect kepada desa.  Kata Kunci: Desa Pancasila, Branding, Rumah Maya, Pemberdayaan, Pemuda.
